Location! The swimming pool could use some parasols, the floors are noisy at night time. But the location is great

This is by far the best place to stay in Pacifica. The location, price and staff make this place. Sure it may look a little run down on the exterior but everything else is awesome. We visit this property 2-3 times a year and won’t stay anywhere else. We have stayed at other properties at Rock away and they were either super expensive or super ran down and dirty. The suites here are the best bang for your buck.

Clean and well appointed. Could hear and see the ocean. Very cozy room. Restaurant was fabulas. Great food service and friendly management. Everything was good.

The location was awesome. Our room was supposed to have a fridge and microwave in the room. There was no microwave in the room. There was a microwave on a table at the end of the hallway. The elevator shook like it was going to break at every floor and we were on the fourth floor. But others in our party on the 2nd floor the rooms were nicer. No snacks available or businesses open for late arrivals. Our flight was delayed and we got in really late

This older seaside property is showing its age. Although the room was clean, it was dated and could use a refresh and a deep clean. Overall, it provided a comfortable stay for a few nights.

Food was great( and I will be back for ( an encore) and staff was excellent Could have used a little more sunshine, but You can’t win them all..

Not worth the price. I understand that properties near the beach are sometimes run down but charging $350 for 1 night and being an almost 4 star hotel I thought it would be better than it was. The room was musty smelling, the floors were very dirty (don’t walk barefoot), the beds were hard and the pillows were not comfortable. The 1 thing that was good was the water pressure in the shower. I should have stayed at the Fairfield 2 hotels down.

Location and the most wonderful amenities like the pool/hot tub. Nothing loved it all.
-
Good location close to beach Terrible value. Run down, nothing works. Janky repairs everywhere and rude staff. Wall paper was peeling everywhere Wifi did not work Hot tub did not work Key cards don’t work if you place them next to phone! Pool out of order

Great location! Nearby to great coffee shop, eatery, restaurants, and SF!

Win was amazing. He was professional, kind, and courteous. We got a nice upgrade. Even though the property is being renovated, it was still a very pleasant experience. It’s old and has charm. The rude guests at the pool.

I've stayed here several times, mostly because the location is convenient for me. Rooms are sufficient, clean, plenty of towels, pillows, a fridge, etc. If you want to be near the beach, this hotel is right on it. There are 2 nice restaurants attached, a breakfast diner and a dinner restaurant. There is only one community microwave in the hallway of each floor.

The view was awesome! The noise from other guests, food splashed on vanity, one of the front desk clerks didn't make me feel welcomed, and lastly I wish breakfast was included in the price.

Letting the staff know that I would not be able to stay at this location as I have health conditions that require me to sleep in healthy and clean spaces, they said they understood my concerns and would process my refund. It has now been a week and the hotel is ghosting not only myself, but Expedia and the Wyndham. The property is not maintained for the price. They are charging to be on the water. Their suites are not sweets. They simply have big mirrors. Upon asking to speak to a manager, while I was on the property, the staff informed me that he was in meetings, even though I have seen him walking down the hall. I am extremely disappointed that Expedia still has this listing on their site as it has been the first and only time I have ever been unable to stay where I’ve booked. I am extremely saddened and disappointed at the negligence of this property and do not recommend anyone to stay here.

Ok the room was clean and spacious. Large bed stupid little pillows. Tried on a few occasions to call front desk it just rang and rang no answer. I would stay there again. But I’ll say what I say to every hotel that I stay at. 1. If you’re going to bill me two hundred dollars plus a night, your bed should be at a minimum as comfortable as my bed at home. This is never the case hotel beds are grossly uncomfortable their pillows suck bad and there is never enough pillows. There shower heads never put out enough water for a good shower, hotel soap is a health hazard as is their shampoo always too harsh. What is it with sugar in these hotels it’s like it’s gold dust most people like sugar in their coffee and tea so stop rationing it give us sugar and enough with the non dairy creamer the powder we don’t know what it’s made of you put a fridge in the room put half and half in the fridge for us. Another thing stop adding gratuity to everything, tips are only for good service don’t ask me to pay a 20 % tip before I get the service when that happens to me everyone loses because I just don’t tip anyone then. So in summing up, I’m not saying that this is what the lighthouse hotel is, I liked staying there, but all you hotels have been getting away with this stuff for years 3, 4, 500 a night uncomfortable beds, poor shower amenities, don’t charge me $500 a night and give me cheap soap, ration the sugar, and give me mystery powder. Take heed.
