Nice location for long walks along the ocean Great breakfast Located right next to a very busy street. But if you walk a few kilometers, you can find a peaceful place.

The pool area is right next to a loud highway.

The building and the breakfast were amazing

It’s waterfront location The road between the hotel and the waterfront made for the constant noise of ongoing traffic.

The property is very charming and cozy. Breakfast was great! For the price per night and choosing a deluxe room for better experience i wasn’t expecting not having a smart tv in in our facilities which was a bit disappointing.

Property needs an update overall.. bathroom, hot water weren't satisfactory

Our fourth time at this hotel. That should tell you we like it. A little confusing at our check-in, but everything went well for our stay.

The view was great. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very nice. There were ants in a small area of my room.

The room was amazing and everything was really clean.

Everything was great, there is free parking place which is a big bonus. Good breakfast. Big room. View to the river. Blanket was not covered, besides a sheet below it.

As always, the staff is stand out! Tops! Very welcoming, professional, and delightful to have accommodating wonderful hospitality! The owner needs to spend some money to make upgrades, especially where there are leaks during heavy rainy season. There was a leak in the center of the living room after heavy two nights of rain.

Breafast was good, the location and the view made it fantasic. There could be some more options for warm food and fresh salads, but overall very good. The rooms have stone tile flooring, so it tends to get quite cold and the air conditioning is difficult to operate.

Big and nice rooms, free parking, friendly personnel

Great views, plenty of space, friendly staff. Not very walkable but there is a convenient restaurant on site. Beds were hard, pillows were too soft (personal preference).

Wonderful location and available parking literally across the street from the beach and the Tagus River in Paço de Arcos! The staff was completely wonderful! Kind, courteous, and utmost professional… This coming from someone who worked in hotels for many years. The owner of the property who I met after breakfast one day, definitely needs to infuse some money into this place to bring it more up-to-date, but keep the same charm! I am sure the employees would enjoy a raise, and they would definitely deserve it! They are the element of the property that keeps this place running! Without this staff, it would not function so well.

Friendly and helpful staff. 10 min walk along the coast to train station. Next to a great little village.

Staff was wonderful, especially in the dining room and front reception. Breakfast was good, rooms very spacious. The only slight negative might be that the furnishings were a bit older. All though this is true they are very clean and maintained very well.
