The AC was not working properly

The room had some poor maintenance (door frame breaking up, overhead shower had benn intentionally blocked...) and some small practical inconvenience (e.g. no space for the luggage, only one power outlet in the entire room, hidden behind the desk...). Not a big issue but one should also note that the reception closes at night.

The staff were very professional, friendly, and welcoming. They provided excellent hospitality and made my stay comfortable. The location and overall experience were very good. There were some maintenance issues with the air conditioning, and the wooden bed frame needed repair. Apart from that, everything was fine.

No honesty as to the clientele- groups of students with noise in the corridors all the time

Good location, nearby the center, easy access to public transport. The cleanliness is not as expecy.

Parking was very expensive.

Location was super and staff was very polite! They most probably speak everyone's language and Carlo (I think that was his name was super cool at the bar), they were all very proffessional!

and very comfortable. It is in a fabulous location. Unfortunately we plugged our universal plug to charge our phones and we blew the fuses in our room first, then most of the floor. We felt so bad, but the staff fixed everything within minutes. They knew exactly what needed to be done and were gracious about it. So sorry!!!

Great place, easy to reach from the train station (by tram). The location is perfect, right in Padua city center.

I must say the level of kindness of the stuff in this hotel was extraordinary. Great location, good room. I highly recommend. I can’t find one thing I would say was bad.

I came to join my PhD a Padua and i had the excellent idea of staying there for a few days so that i can go out in search of a post to stay and familiarize with the city . I recommend all students doing so because of the excellent location and cooperative staff who speaks various languages and goes an extra mile with a smile . almost nothing they have a breakfast that can be booked but i had to commute to the nearby places for lunch and dinner and that is what tourist like to do. I wish i could have that brunch at M14.

Great location. Large room. Nice staffs. Bathroom is smelly and dirty and disgusting. The toilet seat is bigger than the toilet. When one pee, most of the liquid flow down to the floor. The shower door is very flimsy and dislocate easily. The shower walls are covered with dirt/mold. The shower water pressure is low. Very unpleasant bathroom. Don't think it's worthy for 179Euro per night.

The place was clean, elevator worked great, the offer a complimentary drink for all four of us. The receptionist was very nice. good location. Good size of bedroom A little old and wear out. The heater could not be turn off, we wanted more cool to be able to sleep good. Beds not too comfortable. There was not any conditioner or body lotion.

Parking is convinient.

Didnt like the room, very small and little furniture. The covers were dirty, you could not turn on the tv and the warer in shower was only hot.

The staff was very friendly and nice, location is perfect. The beds were comfortable and a unique and fun addition is the balcony from the bathroom.

Just the location Very small room and bathroom, you can hear everything between rooms, so imposible to rest good, and the Spa wasn’t working.

Good location and decent price. The double bed consisted of two single beds that moved easily and opened in the middle. A rather uncomfortable bed to sleep in.
