From check in to check out the staff was very polite very helpful. They served a wonderful breakfast and dinner every day staff would come by and ask how was everything and if they could get you anything else. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Need longer hours for food/drink. Took very long to get through the line at check in. Only one person in line ahead of us and two clerks spent time talking to each other about unrelated to check in so we missed the food and drink!!

We have stayed at Paducah Drury Inn the last couple years. Always clean rooms, comfy beds, a meal at night and great breakfasts. Best value for the money hands down. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It's nice to enjoy supper and breakfast. The grandkids really liked making their own nachos for supper and waffles for breakfast.

I asked in advance if I could have an "unscented room" since I have allergies to most fragrances and laundry detergents. I didn't think it was possible, but they were able to accommodate me and I was so grateful! My room was clean and fragrance free (my friend didn't make that request, and I could definitely tell the difference when I walked into their room). The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and kind, and check in/out was quick and efficient. I called in advance to see if we could get rooms next to each other, and they were able to set that up without any problems. The hotel was very busy, but the rooms were super quiet. The only complaint was the elevator. It was very slow to arrive.

I loved that they had fountain drinks and popcorn for us to have and enjoy within our stay. i also like the kickback hours and food they had during our stay. breakfast was also great!
