Second visit on our trip. We could not be more happy with Drury. Cleanliness makes it exceptional. I can't think of anything.

The housekeeper for our floor was extraordinary! She was friendly, helpful, and assisted us with extra towels. She greeted us every morning when we walked by and was cheerful.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. We requested adjoining or rooms close to each other and they had reserved adjoining rooms for us!

The location was great! The room was very nice, beds were very comfortable. The evening snack/drinks and breakfast were so good! Hotel was very very nice, would stay here again when ever we are in the area!

I also want to add that I made one call regarding my room and my service dog, and Chin was absolutely wonderful. There were no issues at all, and everything was handled with kindness and professionalism. Shout-out to Chin and everyone else who helped me during my stay. Between the great service, everything included, and how well we were treated, all I can say is this hotel was great in almost every way. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was very good and the 5:30 meal was a treat. We were at the end of our vacation and were getting tired. It was nice to go down stairs have something to eat and drink and relax.

Always like Hampton breakfasts! Convenient ice machines. Base boards in bathroom dirty and cracked. Toilet paper roll holder was VERY loose. No TV during bad weather.
