The person at the counter was friendly and courteous. I asked if the room could be on the lower level because I was having trouble walking and he was kind enough to make it happen. Room was very clean and looked recently remodeled.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! The location didn’t appear to be a great neighborhood, but the rooms were amazing and we slept well. There were no problems at all

It was a nice enough place for one night in town. Seemed safe and did not have any issues.

The hotel seems to be doing a lot of updates, it looks nice and the rooms are clean and newly decorated. The room doors don’t close snug and the locks were hard to latch. The breakfast was just okay. The location of the hotel is not in a great neighborhood.

Kind, respectful staff. Continental breakfast was well-stocked.

Pleasant

I told the manager that there was a horrible smell in the room coming from the carpet and requested a complete refund because I was not going to stay in this horrible smelly hotel. The room was horribly smelly. There was also a broken chair in the room. I told the manager that I could not stay under these conditions and left to ask a cousin if I could stay with her. She said,Yes. I will never go that "hotel" and definitely Never refer Anyone to stay there.

Rooms were very outdated. No headboard behind the bed. Old sheets and old blanket on the bed. Bed was very uncomfortable, very hard. Breakfast was simple but there were fruit flys all over the juice machine.

Good location to Paducah ky international raceway where we enjoyed an event Room was clean No hot water Outside of hotel very old and run down. Parking lot had huge holes in it was in desperate need of repairs A FALL HAZARD. Breakfast had very few choices. TV had very limited channels.

The outside doesn’t make justice to the inside rooms. The outside parking lot has craters found in only planet Mars.Also the location of the hotel is where you could get robbed. Interior rooms are clean. Breakfast was okay.

It lookes well maintained and you can tell there were upgrades done The room smelled like mold/mildew. The carpet was wet and soaked thru my socks. People were hanging outside smoking. They didnt approach us but sat right outside our room with a radio on when we got in our room. Thankfully they didnt stay out there for long.
