it’s has stunning views very far out from pai, taxis are hard to organise and not much around location nearest shop is 20mins walk

Nice hotel stay, well furnished. Nice designs and colours. I enjoyed it. Super comfy. Enjoyed the garden and outdoor areas. A lot of the outdoor renovations were still in progress or not operating, the fountain area and planting etc, but that's understandable since Covid closed the industry for 2-3 years.

The stuff are very friendly. Nice nature and animals around the little houses. 5 min by scooter to the Pai center. The place felt abandoned. We only saw one more couple even though there were many rooms. Be prepared for some crazy gecko sounds at night.

Really comfy beds and great views, reception staff were really nice. You need a bike to get to the main town of pai, it’s a nice ride in !

I loved how it was super quiet. The room was big and aesthetically appealing with comfortable bed and pillows. The A/c was cold, the water was hot and the fridge was working well. They even give you the option to have your room cleaned each day or not. nothing really

Quiet. Peaceful. Spacious. Beautiful scenery. Excellent views. Amazing sunrise. Good size rooms. Rooms could do with being decorated. You really need to drive as well.

The room is really big and the bed is super comfy and the staff is really nice and the garden and view is superior. It's a bit far from the center of Pai, and not high maintenance, the balcony was not private.

the privacy was my favorite. just a little out of the way if your trying to hang out in pai everyday. but i spent the first half of the week in pai center and then moved here to get some much needed rest

Gave us special decor for our anniversary. The younger staff were very friendly and hospitable. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in on our travels. The grounds were very nice and maintained. Filthy toilet and fridge (fridge was unusable due to mess). The owners' were unfriendly and rude towards guests and employees alike.

It was a lovely and quiet resort, located outside of the city centre, but that wasn't a problem for us with a scooter. The room was spacious and clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Bedroom was nice and spacious. Staff were very friendly. It’s a nice setting and nice places to chill around the property. Good value for money Our room had an unpleasant smell sometimes, the bins were never collected even when we left them outside our room. Had to ask every day for toilet paper and towels etc. The location is only good if you have your own transport, but we had a scooter.

Great staff, the view is amazing. No bathroom door, was 3km from the center (you gotta rent a bike/car)
