The mattresses were quite uncomfortable, and the blankets and pillows seemed old and worn out. There were also a lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom, which made it less pleasant. That said, the room is very affordable, so the overall experience is fairly in line with the price. Just keep in mind that the place looks much nicer in the photos than it does in person.

there is construction going on so it's noisy. some days more some days less.

The kitchen needed a little more love, but it was free to use.

Very affordable Comfy bed Clean bedding Location is about a 30 minute walk into the centre. Be aware that this is basically camping so expect bugs!

During the night temperature is low and having only a tiny blankets isn’t enough.

The staff are very nice and friendly and great value for money. Far from the city so kind of having to get yourself a scooter there.

Staff was very nice and the price was cheap Kitchen was very very dirty, It looked as it hasn’t been cleaned for years. To the staff: please give a deep clean to that kitchen, you don’t need to do it every week, just a deep clean now and then you wait sometime to do it again, will not be so much effort. As well the “garden view” doesn’t exist, is just a garden of soil.

The bathrooms were far away from the tent and it got really cold at night, so having really warm clothes is a must. The bathrooms were dirty. The mattress was really thin, so we could feel every lump and tree root, and it was cold from the ground.

Stayed in a cottage which was alright. Especially when considering the price - I dont think you can beat them. You can also rent a scooter, the prices are the same as in Pai. Overall a good option for people who want some privacy on a budget! Pai tends to get cold at night A better blanket or just one more blanket could go a long way.

The property was very budget friendly, you can have your own space for very cheap, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The kitchen is missing a really good clean. Deep cleaning in the kitchen once per week or every two weeks is not asking too much. The kitchen looked like it haven’t been properly cleaned for years. As well the garden view is not a garden actually. Is just soil. In summary you get what you pay, that’s why is very cheap I guess.

The room is spacious, has plenty of storage surfaces and chairs, there is hot water in the shower. Also, there are extra blankets in the cupboard. We stayed here twice during our motorbike trip and slept really well both times, as the accommodation is surrounded by woods.

The staff is super chill , you have free coffee and tea and tons of space for yourself. This place is definitely a vibe ;)

Spacious room. Very uncomfortable thin matress over a cement bed. Kitchen is messy and not clean.

Camping

I liked the location, away from the crowd. I made a mistake coming back to this place for 2 more nights but I am not going to stay my entire 2 nights. They use old dirty mattresses and pillows and just put "clean" sheets on them. Inside the bungalow with fan I stayed in my first night, was dirty! Now I am in the tent and it's smelly inside, has a really foul odor, the mattress and pillows are the same! Inside the tent is dirty, they did not clean it out before putting the mattress in! Place is dirty and unsanitary which is making me not get better when I'm already sick, breathing in this toxic odor is just gross! I'll be missing out on 4 dollars but my sanity is worth more than that!! DO NOT ? come here if you value cleanliness! Some of these people that own hostels etc only care about the money and not cleanliness!!

There were a lot of insects in the room, there was no option to circulate the air in the room and the water kept stoping on and off

It’s really far from the walking street and basically anything that’s worth a visit in Pai… The bed wasn’t very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was weak
