The view and the swimming pool are absolutely amazing! Stuff is very helpful for any kind of request. Delicious coffee at the cafeteria by the pool.

The staff are wonderful, we had a few issues when we checked in and all were handled quickly. The pool is absolutely stunning with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The hotel is slightly out of Pai but if you have a scooter then it's refreshingly quiet. The hotel serves food and drink, the perfect place to completely switch off for a while ☺️ The location made it difficult without a bike.

Awesome location, very cute rooms and amazing staff that will send my charger in the mail that I forgot. That’s amazing service. We did have quite some ants in the bathroom. Probably this is very hard for the hotel to prevent, since these rooms are in the middle of the nature. The rooms were very, very clean.

Amazing swimming pool and lovely location just outside of Pai. Brilliant views, great value and sweet staff. The bathroom was a bit grim. Lots of ants and didn’t smell great…

The beds were comfortable and the air was good. Our cabin had privacy which was amazing. I appreciated that they supplied the pool towels. The owner/manager was friendly and funny. Prime location. There was no breakfast which is a downfall. The pool was beautiful, but had so much chlorine that it burned our skin. She didn't supply us with the complimentary shampoos, soaps, etc. They never cleaned or changed our room between nights even though we had our sign out. The place looked like it was a bit sad, but the views were still beautiful. The bathrooms were a bit dingy and could have been cleaned better.

Everything perfect

The location is great, the rooms are comfy and the staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. We've been travelling a lot and were super tired and they really looked after us. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel seems to be in transition post covid to recover, not all installations were working, including the big swimming pool which were empty during our all stay. But we had a great time, we could access the kitchen and have free coffee in the morning and use their blender. The room was clean, but as it is a little remote they were a few invasion of ants in our room which got fixed afterward. The staff was exceptional, very kind and always ready to help, on arrival we could switch room as the room we booked had ants, in the main building. Hotel was very quiet but it was nice for us. Location is far from city center but we knew that so we had scooter so not a problem at all! I wish the swimming pool would have worked. Insect coming to the room, but it's nature. Bed too soft, probably too old. pillow too high.

I selected this hotel as it had a pool but the pool was under maintenance. It looked like it had been empty for a while to be honest. The hotel should make it clear that the pool is not available
