Picturesque location... Beautiful large room with kitchen area and TV. Great Value! Nice people and really good Muay Thai Gym right across the street. Its a bit difficult to walk anywhere and there's not much nearby.

Must have a scooter for this accommodation. 5 min ride into town but such a good spot and away from the party and power cuts. Super comfortable room and big. The toilet is separated from the shower by a retaining wall haha hard to find in Thailand. The bed was the most comfortable bed in Thailand as well. Great to have your own little house so close to town but still can enjoy nature and have your privacy. The staff are friendly and parking is easy. Cheap and comfortable rooms just 5 mins outside of Pai.

Roomy and good quality bathroom. Laid back staff - zero hassle at check-in and out A bit far from any restaurants if you have walk. Some vehicle is advised.

Located just a 10 minute walk from west he hustle and bustle of downtown Pai, the property is very tranquil and relaxing. The grounds and bungalows are very well maintained. The rooms themselves are spacious and nicely furnished. The owner was kind enough to get us a free taxi ride into town when she saw I had difficulty walking. Overall, our stay there though short was excellent!

Loved the location, just out of town. The bungalow was big with lots of windows and natural light. Comfy bed. Nice porch. Beautiful garden type location. The bungalows are pretty close to road so there is some traffic noise, but I found it pretty quiet at Night. The bungalow has big steep steps, not a problem for me, but could be challenging for some people.

The place itself is pleasant overall and responds to the price. But when we were there the staff was not that present and it was difficult to get an answer. Even when we left a message through Bookin, the place took a while to answer or they didn't answer at all

Nice to have a private bungalow with a balcony Rooms were a bit dated and too close to the main road, there were very loud trucks going past every night

The only problem I see is that my room was over looking to the main road so views were not great and you could hear the traffic passing by. You will need a means of transportation. But the reality is that at this price it's difficult to find better.

- amazingly quiet, sometimes you can hear a vehicle from the street but overall pretty quiet - you are in the nature - super friendly and helpful staff - the owner is the most beautiful Thailand woman I have ever seen in the one month stay in Thailand - great location; it takes around 2-3 minutes with the scooter to get to the city center and around 6 minutes to the sunset spots (opposite direction to city) - the owner was so nice and drove us to a scooter renting shop who has reasonable price and is very friendly - the owner drove us with her car to the bus station - we forgot to close the window in the night and almost frozen to death; ok it was not so cold but it was quite cold. The next nicht we closed the window and everything was good ?(January) - they were very fully booked so that we couldn‘t book more days. They are too great. Actually that is not a negative point. It is more likely a positive point ?

Nice big spacious detached accommodation out of town. Great views from the elevated position and loafs of room in the apartment All was fine

Huge, comfortable and great value bungalows. Beautiful garden setting. Quiet area, great to sleep at night. Very kind staff. Helped me with my visa extension. (Ask for the better English speaking team members if needed). You should have a scooter or car to get into center.
