Pretty much everything. Some other guests, no fault of the hotel or it’s staff, were utterly ignorant of the fact in the public area it ought to be quiet for the other guests after 10pm. There are even signs left on the public table as a reminder. It’s obvious where they are ALL from and there rudeness and entitlement as per usual ignored this consideration for others as there feeble attempts of singing and being extremely loud sometimes til 2am was simply rude!! Otherwise, the hotel and staff are golden.

The staff is a friendly and willing to help, close to walking street. The WiFi is technical non existent. As someone that needs to work this is a big negative. I have my own MiFi and I can hotspot with the phone. But if you need good internet , this is not the place.

Great location easy check in process perfect for a couple nights if your not picky and looking for a affordable private room and don’t care too much for fancy amenities. The heater for the shower didn’t work Could hear roosters nearly all night but found the same case with everywhere else we stayed right in town Pai. If you worry about your valuables the rooms are easy to break into as just a screen window which couldn’t be locked.

There were a lot of ants in the rooms, we went through three rooms until we found a room without ants. In addition, there was no one at the reception to receive us.

I stayed here for one night. It was okay, the pillows were very hard. I wanted to check-in but no one was there so I texted them via booking.com and someone came on a scooter in a few minutes to help me out. For one night yes, for longer maybe not
