Pai Iyara Resort

Friendly welcome at arrival and spacious setup resort. Of course, you need your own transportation to reach the city but a perfect spot to explore the surroundings of Pai. Awesome swimming pool to cool down during the day. Rooms are clean and large bathroom. Will be back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely, the room was basic but clean and the pool area was well maintained. The food wasn't great and you got what you were given rather than what you ordered which we have found a lot whilst travelling in Thailand. It was a bit further away from the centre of Pai than I anticipated, although they have a chap who will drive you there for a small fee.

The rooms were clean and well equipped, the team on hand were lovely and super helpful with taxi service into the city and laundry. The pool area is huge with lots of sun loungers, umbrellas and very clean water. Location is a bit out of town but easy to get around on scooter and very close to Pai Canyon Breakfast had a few different options but was quite basic and a little bit repetitive.

Convenient and breakfast is ok. Requires maintenance.

Excellent location just a short drive from the centre. Easy access but maybe better signage for the road entering the property. The pool was very clean and relaxing. The rooms a little dated but comfortable and clean. I do like having a detached room so you are not disturbed by the neighbours. Breakfast was simple but very nice.

Beautiful spot but just too far unless in a car. We had scooters but really chilly and dark to ride at night. Too far. Lights at night were too much inside room. TV was only Thai, been nice to watch something at night as there’s not much to do out there after dark.

Great location, centre of Pai is very busy and the property is just far enough away to be a really peaceful place to stay. The villas were comfortable, the owners and staff were wonderful. The owner offers a taxi service to town for 100baht and is very friendly. Nothing

We had the mountain view room and it was so peaceful and seeing the misty mornings was lovely. It was nice staying a little bit out of town. The pool was fantastic and so was the Thai food on the menu. Bed was pretty hard but that's my only complaint.

Lovely quiet location out of town, so transport is a must.. 100 bht for hotel taxi available. Standard villa clean and comfortable. lovely to wake up to the sound of the birds and wildlife. Fantastic pool, towels provided. Breakfast was great! overall great value for money. only crltism is that loungers around pool need replacing and parasols would have been handy.

peaceful, clean and comfortable nothing

It was in a good location, close to town, but far enough away to be peaceful. The setting is lovely. It is convenient to have breakfast included. We had an old room near the pool, which is in dire need of a good clean, upgrade, and maintenance. AC leaked really badly and ran down the walls.creating huge puddles on the floor. The pool burnt my eyes as it was so highly chlorinated, so I had to go to the pharmacy for drops. Other rooms looked better.
