Close to walking street and plenty of food options Pool clean Bed was extremely hard

The room had no servicing for the duration of the stay so when the towels were used and the weather didn't favour them getting dry we had to hit up the staff (residents in the main building) to get the exchanged. No TV/entertainment if the weather goes bad.

The location. It's nothing like the pictures in the site, The place is neglected,the room was highly disappointing, need renovation and tlc . The bathroom facilities are loose and soon broken. For the price that we paid we could get a much better deal.

This place is perfect! We were so close to all the restaurants and bars but just a short alley away from it all to have your own little safe-heaven. The staff were very attentive and chill. The pool area was great! The location is just behind the school so by mid afternoon students were in band class, which the sound was comically annoying. Totally out of control from the staff, so maybe plan to be away at that time.

It was in a great location, you honestly don’t need a bike if you’re staying here. Close to great food options and the night market. Very easy check in and check out. Had a lovely pool and was a very quiet stay Nothing

The location is ok & easy to get to The room smelled of sewer gas coming out of the toilet. The room was full of bees.

The room is so big also everything is convenient and there is a nice and clean pool. I love the environment in this resort. So quiet and a lot of trees There is no shaded place to park a motorbike.

Really lovely spot & staff. Close to the walking street but far enough for some quiet. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner (previous guest's soap was in the shower and the window sill hadn't been cleaned in months or ever) but overall we loved our stay

great location. very spacious room rooms are a bit tired. our toilet broke. some of the windows let in mozzies. pool was dirty. the whole place just needs a bit of TLC and it would be a great spot in Pai. also the grass needed cut
