Location, staff, pool and overall vibe Ants everywhere Rusty showers AC and safe box weren’t working

Beach front, nice breakfast even it’s very limited options and close to Shanga Beach restaurant which is one of my favorite restaurants in Paje The internet connection was on and off all the time in the room very poor & unstable, Had no duvets aside from a light bed sheet as a cover and the showers were rusty, the toilet water pipe had very high pressure and seemed unchecked and couldn’t be adjusted

Cleanliness Room had a smell, safe was not working, toilet and bin were broken. Breakfast food served cold.

Outstanding food! Very convenient location for kite surfing and beach relaxation. Very helpful and friendly stuff

The restaurant was good The property is very dated and down - market. Music was blaring from the restaurant. Not a peaceful beach visit. Very uncomfortable walking on the beach due to being continually accosted by pretend-maasai

Beautiful beachfront property Nothing

Nothing The security literally beat me and held me hostage to further extort me for an excursion I booked but never received. I have video evidence on my social media. Ivan_quattro. Rimona commanded them to block me, beat me and forced me to “tap to pay” extra money before the US Embassy made them release me.

The location is excellent, with a sandy seabed in front of the hotel that makes swimming comfortable and safe. Once you understand the tides and adjust your daily schedule, everything works perfectly. Additionally, the pool is very pleasant and offers a great option at any time of the day. One area that could be improved is the maintenance of the sun loungers — replacing the mattresses with ones that are easier to clean would enhance the overall experience. Additionally, changing the room pillows would be a welcome improvement.

The staff was very unpleasant and was unwilling to help, it feels like they care more about the day visitors than the hotel guests. Most of the time there were no clean towels in the pool. We were also missing towels in the bedroom. Broken toilet which we complained about. And very unpleasant waiters during breakfast

Everything We wish black people can be treated same as a whites, we were not allowed to walk by the beach but whites were walking

Nice sea view. Moon light and sunrise early morning. Good protection against mosquitoes. All was ok

The worst hotel and most unprofessional staff ever. Not Safe at all to stay in

Unprofessional Staff, not clean at all. Rude reception and our flight got delayed because of political local issues and they sold our room to someone else and they lied about the manager not being in the property to help. We had the worst customer service experience. They have bodyguards and weird dodgy environment Nothing

There are a lot of aunts in the room and we see lezars outside the room. We were scared

Great location, right in front of the beach. The restaurant and food at the hotel was good and there are also many other options nearby. The staff was super friendly. The amenities in the room add a nice touch. I would avoid drinks with ice, even if said it is made with filtered water

- The staff at the restaurant were super friendly and welcoming - The location and set up is perfect! With the pool, bar and restaurant just in front of the beach makes this place so relaxing - breakfast was brilliant - Room was great in general and I really appreciate that they respected that I gave a broken leg and saved me a room close to the facilities - Good value -There was a gap under the main door and sand, leaves and occasionally bags got through the door when it was windy. Easy to fix though with some sealing. -Dinner could be a bit better.

The place was amazing, we got a prefect view room as well The road to the place was kinda hard
