The room is a bit dirty not since it is dirty just since it’s not fully closed for dust not to get in

Beautiful hotel. Amazing rooms, great service and delicious food.

Authentic resort with accommodation in Zanzibar style huts with all facitilities inside. Good Swimming Pool and breakfast. Reception area very close to shops and markets, and rear opening on to the amazing Paje beach of white sand and extending far out at low tide. Monkeys play in the trees in froint of you as you take meals. Not the fault of the resort, but the intense Spring showers (mainly at night) means small access road to town often is flooded , but dres within hours

We loved the view, the food, the service and the rooms were very comfortable! The lodging is right on the beach and the breakfast was excellent. Nothing beats eating and drinking on the water! N/a

Nice facilities and pool. Right on the beach. We felt safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Amir and Sharif(?) were extremely helpful with everything we needed.

Loved the family seaside suite. It was massive, lots of space. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Hated the actual property. They allow everyone in off the street and beach, it’s completely packed with day/night visitors. The staff are so busy they don’t even remember you.

The staff, location, food and facilities were good! Loved our stay there ♥️ There were too many mosquitoes. When going to sit in the balcony, happened to move the cushions and there was allot of mosquitoes between them which was grim.

It was a calm and beautiful oasis. The staff was so friendly too.

The staff was all wonderful and very helpful. The restaurant has great food and drinks and is a very comfortable spot to enjoy the ocean views. I also loved the spa and thought that the quality of massage was wonderful for the price.

The staff treated us very well. They are all friendly. The hotel is surrounded by trees, so it's normal to have mosquitoes. However, the hotel ensured that every night (even on weekends) the rooms were sprayed with insecticide. If you are a food lover, the hotel has excellent options for good dishes, from seafood to meat. It makes no sense to eat meat if you are in Zanzibar. The drinks are very good. Fortunately, I have nothing to complain about. It was an excellent stay. My husband and I really enjoyed it. …

Staff was okay but I’ve met more welcoming people at Zanzibar

Location was great in Paje , good suggestions (exercusion) were provided by staff . No extra fee was requested for credit card payment Compared to other restaurants in the same area, bar and restaurant were a bit more expensive.

They kept promising that the construction next door will finish the next day (i stayed 10 days and it didnt finish). More than 10 construction workers right outside my door. They dont even bother cleaning my doorway when they're done. They offered me a free lunch for it (which i found more insulting to be honest), the manager is disconnected, and not really involved. The cleaning service of the room was very bad, and i had to pay the cleaners daily to give me good cleaning. The hotel is great, but very poorly managed.

Cool, clean, quiet and comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms. Lovely well maintained grounds and pool. Very attractive public and beach area, well serviced, good music, and with very friendly kind staff. The food was fantastic - best on the beach!
