I definitely recommend this site. It is very well located, just a step away from the beach and all the restaurants and tourist sites in Paje. The couple that runs the house are charming and both they and the people who work here are always willing to help and very friendly. In fact we extended our stay here for another week. Very nicely decorated rooms, comfortable and clean, equipped with two fans for the hot days. Felt very safe as a solo female traveller. The host was helpful and attentive, provided gluten free breakfast which were these delicious mini pancakes with an amazing passionfruit jam. My flight was a late one and host was very flexible with later check out, stored my bags for the day and provided shower facilities before I left, it meant a lot given a 20h journey was ahead of me. Price value for money wasn’t the best for what you got In my opinion. I would have loved more gluten free options for breakfast but was grateful there was an option at least as some places didn’t.

Hospitality of the staff and their willingness to please the customers. Breakfast was fantastic. Consisted of 3 fresh fruits, fresh bread with homemade jam and made on order hot dish like Spanish omelet. On the top of it fruit juice and coffee or tea. No sun beds available on the beach. Rooms very hot at night. No AC in the rooms.

There is only a fan in the room so keep that in mind as it can get quite hot.

The villa is run by a lovely couple Elska and Sedat. The villa not on the beach but very close. But the you can use other hotels facilities. Just ask when you arrive. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good breakfast I have celiac illness and need to be on gluten free diet. I was offered gluten free pancake but I chose avocado and poach eggs on GF bread (which I brought myself.) I had an issue with the car I rented in stone town. Sadat arranged Mr. Fixit solution and our car worked fine. I definitely recommend this place. There were sometimes electric outage s throughout Zanzibar which I don't think was an issue. Adam & Eve also didn't have electricity :)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Close to the beach. Beautiful and silent garden, where you can relax and drink tea Rooms don’t have air condition, and at night it was difficult to sleep in hot weather. To have a hot water you always should ask staff to turn boiler.

Lovely lovely staff, great location close to the beach and close to many bars / restaurants. Particularly great breakfast - sourdough bread was a real treat! Thanks for a lovely stay Rooms were hot at night - power cuts meant the fan went off, but that can’t really be helped.

The hosts are very welcoming and making you fell comfortable, the room is nicely decorated and the garden is gorgeous! Only 1 min walk from the beach...

I really liked that the property is only 1 min. walk away from the beach. Also the breakfast was delicious and there were different options to choose.
