Pretty room with balcony, nice gym, activities, fabulous breakfast, excellent spa Small things are missing… insufficient electric plugs in the room. Not enough garbage cans. Front desk staff needs better language skills. Concierge desk needed, they should have a lap pool given the size of the hotel

Staff were amazing and always attentive to our needs. Hotel and room was exceptionally clean and a well maintained property. The heated pool was our favorite! My experience with the breakfast in the morning was really good except I didn’t like that the pancakes or eggs Benedict weren’t freshly made and it would be either cold or hard. The spa is quite pricey and they should offer discounts to guests who are staying, the spa doesn’t look like it was getting services either.

Nice decorations, clean and give peaceful vibes Quite far from center. Ways to travel there will be only option private transportation. When at night, the way to hotel is so dark.

Good check in experience, Room spacious, clean and comfy bed. Various amenities and breakfast. Very beautiful courtyard, Soundproof from hallway need improvement.

Breakfast is not much choice and the test is too sweet in some dishes.

Loud noise at night, echoing from dragging furniture in other room on top.

The shower facility is extremely bad. Hot and cold water comes intermittently. Suspect poor maintenance.

Promotion 24 hrs. check in miscommunication. Since i step at lobby, staff said need to reconfirm for 2 days inadvance but i just click booked last night with hotel description 24 hrs check in. After i wait about 20 mins at the lobby, the staff said will upgrade with 3 beds at corner room. One of staff said normaly upgrade to 3 beds, need to pay more 1,800 THB but i didn't want 3 beds why i have to pay? And there's not any welcome drink. They said all drink in the room fridge. Since staff bring me to stand front of the room(see maid shoes pictures) until the maid leave i can get the drink. Also the room clock didn't set the time >_< However, Thanks Khun Chamai (one of staff) that come to check our feeling and taking care the next day with complimentary tea set.

The towel is very fragrant. It smell so good. Hotel provides 24hour stay ,I like it. Swimming pool is small.

Overall, it’s a beautiful and charming hotel with wonderful staff, but it would be even better if transportation and communication were easier. However, there are a couple of challenges. The staff do not speak English very well, which sometimes made communication difficult. Also, the location is not convenient for transportation – the Grab app doesn’t work here, so you have to rely on the hotel’s drivers, which are quite expensive. The hotel has only one restaurant. The food is very high quality and delicious, but because transportation is so limited, you often end up stuck at the hotel with no other dining options.

It was our second stay at this hotel! We love the design, calmness, atmosphere!! However that time staff service level in restaurant was lower. Seems they had trainees as girls looked very lost:) Also there was no cheese option during breakfast:( and they brought only nice complimentary “cage” for 2 rooms and only after our reminder. I have the previous experience to compare with. That time is was a bit worse
