Clean and comfortable room with a beautiful view! Pool and lounge area were amazing!! Friendly and helpful staff! A bit far out from town.

I tried to adjust my stay dates. There was availability because I checked but they were unwilling to accomidate.

Clean, Child-Friendly, and Romantic This place was very clean, child-friendly, and had a very romantic atmosphere. It's a great choice for both couples and families. I also really liked the Smart TV, which was a very convenient feature. The location is a bit inconvenient if you don't have a private car. Even with a car, finding restaurants or a convenience store requires a 10-minute drive, which wasn't very practical. I also didn't like the policy of charging for any damage to items in the room. Even for a small amount, it made me feel uncomfortable, especially for a place at this price point. While I understand the need for cost management, the guest's comfort should also be a priority.

The room is very nice . Bed is super comfortable. The owner and the staff were super nice and very accommodating. They really helpful and went above and beyond to fulfill what we needed. Highly recommended. The restaurant only opens until 8pm. So to have dinner, we had to go outside or buy groceries to eat inside the room.

Excellent place for family vacation, had a huge board game and video game room

The setting is lovely and peaceful. If you have a car, the location is far enough from the main road to be peaceful yet close enough to things to be convenient. We loved our bungalow and the pool was cool and inviting. We had dinner our first evening and the food was wonderful. The breakfast was adequate, but not up to the level of the rest of our stay.

The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The room was spacious with a beautiful sunset view, and breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options.

Atmosphere which is like we are living in a forest cut out of the world. Staffs are very nice and warm welcome. Board game room is awesome!

Clean and comfortable room. Clean bathroom and towels. Peaceful place surrounded by outdoor gardens. Friendly staff. No international TV channels. Only Thai TV channels. Hotel too quiet when we stayed first night.

Nice hotel, very peaceful. Rooms are nice (Pool Villa) Well appointed bathroom and good air-conditioning. Villa pool cold, small and no steps to get in and out if you have bad knees. Very high step down into the pool and no hand rail. The biggest disappointment was the food and beverage. Drinks (Spirits) very expensive. Beers acceptable. Food service was ok but we ate at the restaurant our first night and basically the food western food (Pork Snitzel & 4 Cheese Pizza) were awful. Tasteless and under cooked. Let half the pizza and fries because very dry. Thai was good for all dishes we ordered. Breakfast was acceptable. We chose to eat at another hotel restaurant on our second night, and that was extremely good (La Cha Restaurant) Lastly, hotel appears to be understaffed, very friendly but hard to find when you want something. Room clean never happened, so we requested some clean towels and toilet roll. I think the hotel gas great potential, if only they could get food and beverages service and pricing improved.

Very nice location, far from all the stress and traffic. Breakfast could be a little better. Not that many items and just little sad overall.

A small new hotel in the outer areas of Khao Yai. Everything looks beautiful and is cleaned properly. Beautiful outside bar/restaurant, with a lovely view of the nature surrounding the hotel. Room is very comfortable and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The staff was friendly most of the times, however their level of English was not good enough. The staff couldn’t deal with my requests. They couldn’t answer simple questions or provide information about Khao Yai national park or regarding transportation to Bangkok. As a foreign traveler I would expect the hotel to provide some services/information about the area and logistics.

The peace and quiet, the friendly staff and the board games. If you don’t have your own transport, it’s a bit hard to get places from here, but the flip side is how peaceful it is. Drivers from the property were very helpful, however, and took us everywhere we wanted to go.

staff, board game room, interior the bed is not that comfy just standard. air ventilation inside the room is not that good, leaving the room with some humidity.
