The Interior Design and The Amazing Staff Too much insects but it’s understandable due to the location

The hotel exterior and surroundings were absolutely beautiful, creating an atmosphere that almost felt like staying in a European town, especially with the stunning plantations and greenery throughout the property. The hotel’s buggy service was reliable, safe, and always punctual, making it convenient to move around the resort. The swimming pool was also beautifully designed and blended perfectly with the surrounding landscape, while the up-to-date gym was a great addition. The food and beverages at Musi Grill Restaurant were delicious, and we truly enjoyed our dining experience there. The villa itself was very spacious and welcoming, with lovely pastries prepared for our arrival. We also appreciated that the minibar was included, which was a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was spacious and featured a beautiful bathtub, adding to the comfort of our stay. The private pool of the villa was definitely the highlight of our experience at the resort. It provided a peaceful and private space where Muslim guests could relax and enjoy the resort comfortably. The breakfast served at the villa’s pool area was generous, filling, and delicious. However, we feel that offering a floating breakfast option would have made the experience even more special and memorable. The picnic arranged upon our request was another unforgettable highlight, especially as it was set up with the alpacas. We were impressed that the food and beverages were not only beautifully presented for photos but were also genuinely delicious and enjoyable. The only disappointment was the checkout time. Considering the price paid for the villa, we were surprised to find that checkout was at 11am instead of 12pm, especially since check-in begins at 3pm. An additional hour to enjoy the villa and its facilities would have made the overall experience even better.

Unfortunately, our experience with this room was quite disappointing, especially regarding the overall hygiene and cleanliness. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and since the bathroom area was only separated from the room by curtains, the odor spread throughout the entire space, making it uncomfortable. Although the room featured a bathtub, we unfortunately did not feel comfortable using it due to hygiene concerns. The walkway leading to the room also had a strong unpleasant smell, and we noticed cockroaches frequently around the area, which greatly affected our impression of the stay. We were aware of the resort’s mini zoo featuring the alpacas, and this was one of the reasons we chose the property. However, the area around the zoo also had a noticeable smell, and we feel that more attention to maintenance and cleanliness in this area could significantly improve the overall experience. One of the most disappointing aspects of our stay was the lack of limousine or private transportation service provided by the resort. The hotel did not offer this service, even for transportation within the Khao Yai area, which was quite challenging as there are no Grab or Bolt services available in the area. Although the hotel works with local taxi companies, which was helpful, we did not feel fully comfortable or reassured using this option, as it gave us the impression that the hotel would not be able to take responsibility for any safety concerns or issues that might arise with external transportation providers. We were also provided with an outdated menu for the Kuni Kuni restaurant. We only discovered this after making our reservation and seeing the updated menu at the restaurant, where we realized there were very limited halal options available. This was disappointing, as we had planned our dining experience based on the information provided.

Great for families but also couples

Isolated getaway. Very peaceful and quiet and the weather in the evening was amazing!! The room was great…generously sized…had a few activities too. All in all a lovely place to be at. It is a little far and also a little far from amenities like groceries and so on.

Good location, decent property. Food at the lobby restaurant was very bad. Even the Thai food was shockingly bad. The Italian restaurant on the tree house (Kuni Kuni) was very nice. Rooms are small and plumbing has a bad smell - probably due to the age of the hotel.

The room was great: spacious, bright and unique with a bath for two in the center of it. Bathroom is a part of the open space (there is a curtain to separate it from the sleeping area) so that may be deal breaker for some. We loved it. There is a rock climbing wall, kids play room, bicycles to rent, and other family fun options. The hotel is at the end of a long road, far from any restaurants or stores. A two plate lunch was $40 - really steep for what it was. Hotel breakfast was very average with not too many options.

I like the location of the property. It’s close to National khao Yai park. No transportation available like grab or bolt on the area

The dinner at the hotel was pretty much inedible, by far the worst i encountered during our week in Bangkok The service was unusually lackadaisical, perhaps out of embarrassment of what they were serving guests.
