It was a pleasant stay however the room that I received was not satisfactory, I was expecting a pleasant view and what I received was a view of the parking lot It did not have access to a restaurant at the facility and the WiFi was totally non existent

Room quite big, clean and comfortable. Bed is also very comfortable. Room not much per floor is also good ? Be careful for cigarettes cause some place we can feel it.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was large and well equipped. The price was that of a 5 star hotel without any of the service or facilities. Staff did nothing to help during our stay and could not help facilitate taxis or motorbike hire. Location is quite far away from anything so these services are necessary if you dont have a car.

Location and the property is very good, quiet with a nice views. We booked two rooms, one for 2 adults and a kid but the extra bed did not show in hotel system. We had to show booking confirmation and dig in the details to prove we paid for sofa bed. Same with Onsen, we got coupon but it was not mentioned that it is only for week days. We wanted to use on Saturday and had to go back and forth between reception and spa manager to have the coupons accepted. Some miscommunication about booking and facilities availability.

The mountain location and view from balcony, great choice of tasty dishes at breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful building and garden, romantic atmosphere, a new spa complex

Big spacious room, with a separate living room with TV and another TV in the bedroom. Breakfast : you have to walk out of the property to get to eat. Breakfast menu was not that great and very few people to take care of guests. Not happy about breakfast. Wait for shuttle service : always crowded and long queue.

Modern and bright. Lovely room. Nice pool area. Excellent Italian at the gate. Very handy for the National Park. Lady on reception was lovely and welcoming. The residence is a bit out of the main hotel complex which makes it lovely and quiet but a bit lonely.
