Lot of activities. Nice place for taking pictures. Facilities in the room are very old. Have gaint ant in the toilet. Bed is not comfortable, very old and flat. Poor water system in the bath room. Not worth the price.

We enjoyed the facilities of this hotel, which easily provide for a fun family stay for a couple of days. The photos show this hotel in a much fresher state than it is now.

If you're a couple looking for a romantic getaway, drive away. BUT ... if you're traveling with children they'll have the time of their lives. *Lots* of stuff for kids to do. The main pool was a bit cold and aging, but fun for kids. The depth is 1 meter (3 feet) so even our tiny 6 year old was able to stand up. On the other side of the round rooms is yet another pool for little kids. Our kids enjoyed all the attractions that were open: go karts, ATVs, a "luge" sled, and a cable car ride. They also have plenty of bikes, all in good repair, exotic bird houses and plenty of beautiful gardens. In addition, a couple of standard playgrounds. Rooms were spacious, WiFi was ok. Breakfast was horrible. No hot water in the shower. I had to boil water and mix it with cold water to pour over head. Very annoying. The lift at the Blue Amazon building was *extremely* noisy; a loud throbbing hum that woke us up early and didn't allow any sleep after 06:00. Water in the main pool had lots of leaves but seemed otherwise clean. Facilities were all aging. Lots of stuff was broken down. Half the rides and main water park was shut down. They used Covid as an excuse, which I could understand for the water park, but not for the other rides.

The place is quite old but the staffs are doing their best to entertain the guests. Kids will love it but I strongly don't recommend it for couples or teenagers or anyone who is seeking peace and quiet. Since we knew what to expect the hotel didn't disappoint us. However, it is quite old. It does look like a hotel my mom and dad took me to when I was less than 5-year old (I am now 30). Maybe it is the design. However, little kids wouldn't mind. There is loads of things kids can do at the hotel.
