The village was like a small version of Italy in the middle of Thailand. The atmosphere was great and the staff was very attentive. The biking trail was great. Next time, I will try the golf course

For the last few years I have been fighting cancer so my skin sometimes bleeds when showering. A little bit of my blood soiled a towel and I was charged us$17 to clean. As I was on a 10 hour drive back home they hounded me 4 times to pay immediately which I did pay. Golf course was a disappointment with 5 ball groups allowed with kids and inexperienced golfers.

Great place to stay , calm and quite so lovely with nature surrounding you. No one answering desk of the hotel reception after midnight.

Beautiful rooms, amazing space and great facilities. Breakfast was good, not the best I’ve had but mostly second to best. Nothing really, spa filled very slowly.

They provide club car to go to the center of valley The staff cant speak English and it is very difficult to communicate with them For breakfast you have to go to the center of the valley I wish they had a restaurant in the hotel ,outside is very dark at night if u walk we found mouse turtles so they should have more light in area In one of the rooms we found cigarettes on the floor Therefore, they should pay attention to cleaning. Most hotels offer a free upgrade. They refused, knowing that I had booked two rooms and paid for the upgrade.

There are both Thai and Italian restaurants, delicious. Check-in not available on time, I must wait nearly 2.5 hours.

Amazing place to be. Very friendly Staff and helpful. A lot of cafes were closed at the time I was there. No hospital near by. And construction noise.

The place in Toscana Valley is so beautiful and the hotel is good. They don't have Halal food for muslim, even the water is not Halal, which made our stay hard. We booked for 2 nights. However, we stayed only 1 night because we cannot eat or drink anything so we went back to Bangkok. I asked booking to contact the hotel to return my money back for the second night because providing them with my reasons but the hotel refused. Furthermore, we found lizards when we walk inside the hotel.
