Noisy, bathroom was not clean enough

Quiet location A building we stayed in is a little dated but compared to other places I was not disappointed.

Very clean. Comfortable bed which was king size. Good bathroom with a great shower. Has basketball court, a swimming pool and a soccer court, all courts provide balls to play with. Ceiling Fan was great providing good cooling throughout the night. Air conditioning fan speed would not change speed and was stuck on the high speed. The compressor was very noisy which made it hard to fall asleep. Only coffee and no tea which was a let down as I only drink tea. Swimming pool was a little dirty with some bugs and dirt, but nothing too bad as it was minor. The breakfast included was a real let down as there was only a small little meal for foreigners which had two processed sausages, two processed slices of ham, a mini salad with mayonnaise and an egg.

Nice spacious room. Friendly welcome by staff. Clean and comfortable bed. The whole resort looking unkempt and unloved. Very quiet probably not busied up since the pandemic. Looks like a great resort in its heyday. A very poor breakfast for the price of room.

I liked everything except location.It's so beautiful inside the property. It’s well organised, colourful and decorated with cute disney characters everywhere. Very clean and Spacious room.It’s a huge property with a lot if privacy. Washroom is big and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful..during Night time ambience is good.Breakfast was complementary which was good.people come and have parties Inside the resort which is entertaing. Location is too remote. It's 190km from Suvarnabhumi airport. The main entrance is 10 mins walk inside alley from the main road. There were no shops, no eateries no local tranport available at night..not even during daytime.. The nearest 7/11shop is 30 minutes walk as there is no transport available. And it is not easy to walk on the highways. Language is biggest barrier there it took bit a long time to make things understand. Still, to me it is a minor issue.But unavailability of food after 8m, no transport is the biggest issue.

Good location for Khao Yai, pretty quiet area, easy to reach local restaurants and national park. Big resort with gardens. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Maybe due to the after effects of Covid 19 but the hotel grounds are looking a little dated. Breakfast choice was pretty limited and as in most places around the area you need your own transport but that shouldn’t be any reflection on the hotel.

I got the keys at the reception and got a ride to the building where the room is in. So far okay. But I found a different room than the one I booked - a twin bed instead of a king bed. A call to the reception and I was told they are fully booked. So I walked to the reception and got the key to the room I booked instantly. I didn't use any facilities but the place looks a bit dated.
