Some used properties like hair cover was left in the bathroom. There were water tub and detergent?left in the safety box. In order to make a plesant stay, the previous customer’s property should be checked before the new customer check-in.

Very disappointed for this hotel,the location is far from town,drive at night is quite dangerous, the road is narrow and without road light,I need drive at least half an hour gp to town when went out,, the day time receptionist is not so friendly,my bed in the room is noisy, I feed back to them,they change another room for me,but the room also got problem,the toilet water pipe broken cause the water come out,they just passed me some floor towel that so,this is out of my expectation.

1. nice villa with view and greenery 2. nice customer service, they welcomed us with a drink during check in process 1. As you can see, their toilets are not the cleanest, at this price point they should do better 2. What’s the point of having pool but it’s not being cleaned? Full with leaves 3. Your staff should learn basic English. I tried to ask for iron, they don’t even know what it is. I need to show picture to asked for it 4. Lack of basic amenities such as iron and laundry bag. 300myr per night and you dont even have iron? 5. This place full with dogs. If you’re a muslim, please be careful 6. For 300myr per night, they should consider to put a smart TV inside the villa but they don’t. And that disappoints me.

The staff is very nice with us, well support and fluently in English. They have welcome drink which is very good!!! I stay in the Limon L1 to L5, near to the reception and the restaurant. Staff process the check in and check out kinda quick. The air conditioner is old, so the room is kinda hot. Also, the lighting in the room is weak... We came at the hotel around 8PM, there is no light in the way to our room. And the reception will not be open after 10PM, so it is hard to find the support if you have anything that you need them to help you

Location We stayed at this villa for a few days. On the positive side: there’s a charging station for electric cars, and on the second day, we were provided with clean towels and bottled water, which was a nice touch. They also had mosquito spray, which came in handy. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with refreshing drinks with lemon and honey, which was a pleasant touch after the journey. The staff was polite and courteous. The location is convenient — key places are easily accessible by car. The grounds are green and well-maintained, with two pools: one newer and cleaner, the other a bit older. As for the downsides: don’t expect it to look like the photos. The room needs renovation, as the furniture is old and worn out. There’s mold in the bathroom, and the drain clogs easily. The toilet wasn’t very clean, and the water pressure was very low. The bed, although with a comfortable mattress, is quite small. Breakfast was unfortunately very limited, and as vegetarians, we found there was almost nothing we could eat. The coffee was also disappointing. Wi-Fi was weak, which made it difficult to work and stay connected.

Location is quiet and a bit far from busy area which peaceful. Staff are very helpful and welcome. Area is small, can walk around in 5 mins , there are 2 swimming pools but rather small. Breakfast could be improve formore varieties.

Very quiet place with very gentle and helpful staff. There are sounds of birds and insects like in a jungle and we saw a pair of hornbills just above the bungalow!
