This is one of the best resorts in Khou Yai , the stuff were really kind and helpful , they care about all the small Details and providing all needed stuff. I really felt that this is the best experience ever. All things wheere fine

And Breakfast was very nice. No services around the pool. No life guard, no waiters and no one is available except in the restaurant and reception. A very Long walk from the rooms to the pool. Hotel is far from any activities. The place needs some vibe ! Some music ! It’s a little boring

The bed and pillows were not comfortable enough, and the main pool was quite far, so there should be a shuttle service such as a golf cart. Also, there was no staff available to serve drinks or food at the main pool, while in the other facilities the staff provided excellent service.

Very good place to have your staycation and enjoy the nice and clean breeze from the nature One of the staff wasn’t helpful at all and he was very rude when it comes to welcoming guests coming from abroad. Very unprofessional

Everything was perfect, the view , the room and the villa was amazing and the resort is very chilled for people who want to meditate , relax and enjoy nature its the perfect place for it Walking to the infinity pool was tiring if u can add golf car or a lift it would be great
