It was very convenient to the ferry, excellent breakfast & dinner options and overall friendly staff! Just a bit disappointed that we couldn't get a little ice to keep drinks cool for our day trip. The 1st AM wasn't a problem & we were very appreciative but 2nd ( & last AM) we got the run around ?

The property overall was ok. Meals were lacking “child meals “ the pools could be improved . The animation staff and activities necessitate much improvement. Unsatisfactory.

Everything old, too expensive for it. Also, our room directly looked to garbage area.

Animation guy was rude in approaching for lottery tickets, with some unwanted comments regarding my private life. Also the lifeguard let the kids play in the pool launching the ball from one side to another, splashing all of the guests by the pool side, even after they were called out by some clients.

Absolutely nothing! Who gives stars to hotels in Italy? 4 stars to this, joke right!? This facility seems like it has not been renewed since the 70s. Everything is old and dirty. On top, they gave us the handicapped room, which was not what we paid for. Then we asked for a change, it was Sunday, a lot people were leaving the hotel. Answer we got from the manager at the reception, not possible, I don't have any other rooms. The room was dirty, the bed supposed to be a queen but it was 2 singles with a gap in the middle, bathroom was useless since it was handicapped room. Toilet was so high, if you're short your feet doesn't touch the ground, go figure! None of the staff or managers wanted to do anything. To be specific, managers at the reception on July 12-13, 2025. Of course they did not wanna give their names. Breakfast was not fresh, pool was disgusting. Location is not good, every building around is from 70s. They looked like military bunkers turned into apartments and don't get the me wrong, we loved other parts of Sardinia. Oh and we paid €1000 for 5 nights for all this. On top, they also didn't wanna do any refund, even after the "handicapped room/not possible to change" disaster. No one wanted to help. Then we called Booking.com, they saved us. The male manager at the reception on the morning of July 13 was telling us it's not possible right!? after we called Booking, in 5 minutes everything got suddenly possible. We got some refund, wasn't enough but I just couldn't stay there 5 more mins. Oh and that "not possible" manager didn't even come to say sorry, he just couldn't show his annoyed face to us when we left the room keys.. Club Esse Possada, you are a disgusting joke. Thanks.

It was clean and had a great location. The coffee machines and juice machines at breakfast poured out watery fluids which did not resemble coffee or juice. Unfortunately on the second morning, there was a power outage and we couldn’t toast any bread and there was no air conditioning. Although that can happen, I was surprised there was no back-up generator.

Hotel in good location. A few of staff members communicate in English. Big car park in the front of the building. Mold in rooms, after reporting at reception we were not ofertę to change the room. Uncomfortable bed, missing towels were not replaced on first request, I had to go to reception again to ask. Poor breakfast.

Let me put up front that we sadly had no other choice for a last second booking for one night and normally I’d never book something <8 on Booking.com… and it immediately proved me why! The place feels generally rundown and the complaints about the noise are true! It’s like the walls are made of rice paper. But the biggest problem to me was the fact that it advertises to have AC, which upon inspection could only be used as a heating system! Upon consulting the reception I was told they do have AC, but it’s decided that it may only be used for heating in October! (When it’s still way above 20c in the room at night…) So terrible night on a too short and old mattress, with a room that’s too hot! Come Breakfast… breakfast would be open until 10:00, we walk in 09:25 and find the staff clearing the whole breakfast assortment. Get this, they get angry at us because they thought all the hotel breakfast guests were already done for today… The world upside down. This establishment is truly an abomination. I would never recommend this to anyone in a million years.

The location with the own beach was amazing, bar was well equipped, multiple daily programmes for the guests. Breakfast had a good variety. Kind staff. There is a fridge and a freezer in the room. Thin walls, unfortunately you could hear when the neighbors flushed the toilet/closed the door. Some rooms had mold on the ceiling. Beds are not comfortable. Shower was very small.

Location and free buffet breakfast. A 4-star hotel without umbrellas when it is raining. Instead, we were offered a parasol. There were plastic cups instead of glass in the room. They were fully booked with large groups in and out every day, and we couldn't get a table for dining in the restaurant. Finally, we were given a dark photocopy of the town from which no one can really see a thing.
