Le Saline Palau

The view was spectacular. The place was immaculate, comfortable, clean and had all of the things we needed. The air conditioning was great and well needed with the summer heat.

The beautiful beach, the helpfulness of the front desk- they went above and beyond for us! Good value for our money. Our only complaints: We thought if we are 4 people staying in the villa we should also get 4 lounge chairs included for the beach. Having to pay 40 euros more daily was a lot. The single beds were not so comfortable either, we could feel the springs.

We spent a wonderful week at Le Ville Le Saline and absolutely loved our stay. Everything was perfect—from the resort’s beautiful location on a hill overlooking the sea to the spacious villa and large private yard, which offered plenty of privacy, peace, and quiet. The private beach was incredibly relaxing, and we really enjoyed the beach bar. The staff were fantastic, especially Federica, who was always happy to answer our questions and even helped us book windsurfing lessons. Wonderful people and a wonderful place. We truly hope to come back one day! Everything was great

Excellent location with stunning sea views. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The reception staff and the manager were exceptional the best hotel team we have ever encountered. They went above and beyond to help us with every aspect of our trip, providing excellent recommendations and coordinating everything to ensure we had the best possible vacation. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication truly made our stay unforgettable.

This is a perfect base if you have a car. You are 5 minutes from the shops and ferries in Palau, and only 30 minutes from Olbia Airport and Santa Teresa Gallura (for day trips to Corsica). The Property: The villas are tiered on a slope, offering both privacy and stunning sea views. Our villa was well-maintained, well-equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade to a larger unit! The Amenities: There is a lovely beach nearby; the beach bar was still being prepared for the season during our early May visit, but it looked promising. The Staff: A huge thank you to Federica, who was so helpful with local recommendations and helping us organize our itinerary. Highly recommended! The beds were very comfortable, but a bit on the short side.

Very nice and private villas with waterview. Private garden with grill. Fully equipped kitchen and even an outdoor shower. Each villa has its assigned parking spot next to the unit. Great for walks to the beach. Fully enclosed garden to accommodate for pets. The beach bar and restaurant are open during season Maybe a bit far from town, Palau and shopping. A car is needed.

We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay! The villa is on a lovely complex, with privacy and stunning vistas. The beds, rooms and bathrooms were great and the apartment had all the things we needed. The staff were brilliant, very communicative and so helpful, even helped ship a lost item back to us. We loved the sun loungers out front and being able to walk down and enjoy the beach club. We looked at so many hotels/Airbnbs in the area and they all seem to be priced very high for what you get. We thought our villa was a gem off the beaten path - peaceful and easy to get to Palau from. Would definitely recommend for friends and couples! Notes: - The sun beds on the beach are only for a nearby hotel; you get free access to sun beds behind a short stone wall behind them as a villa guest (the beach club is lovely). - Mosquitoes are out per usual - Late check in is for a fee (they state this but we missed it) The sofa wasn’t the comfiest but we hardly spent time in the living room so not an issue!

It was a good location, quiet, well kept with walking access to the water. The walking path was a rough dirt trail and not terribly well maintained. The beach club was great but the beach itself was rocky and difficult / painful to walk on w/o shoes or sandals. Well, this is not uncommon for many beaches in Sardinia, it kind of limits how much time you want to spend at near the water.

They have a beautiful and comfortable beach club at the property with plenty of chairs, loungers and very clean. You can have drinks brought to you at your spot by the beach and the restaurant was really close if we got hungry. I'd like them to have a pool as well. I know in the near future, about 2 year, they'll have one. I think the staff at the beach club were very friendly, but not well trained. They kept making mistakes with our orders.

Several areas require improvement, including the restroom facilities.

The quality of the villa, and the view over the bay are both superb. We really felt relaxed and felt like we were somewhere special. The bathroom had nowhere to hang towels after use so they could dry. The kitchen lacked a couple of essentials: No cutting board. No plug for the sink. (We later discovered in the external laundry a tub which could be used in the kitchen for any hand washing of dishes). These were only very minor things and did not spoil our visit in the slightest.

Beautiful view . Perfect location

Location - secluded yet close to all amenities (Palau is 7 min away, with all shops, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, marina, etc.) View - overlooking hills, sea, mountains. Villas - simple but in a good way, well equipped and spot on for families. We travelled with 5yo and 7 weeks old baby - having 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and equipped kitchen was very convenient. Cats - we had 7 clean and amazing cats basically living with us (we love cats). They wouldn’t bother you if you don’t feed them though (we did lol - 10kg of food in 5 days haha). A little dated bathrooms and kitchen but perfectly usable.

The villa was large and spacious. Nice and close to a private beach and a short drive away from Palau. The description of the property is mis-leading. There is no restaurant. It was also not clear to me that the bar was only open May to September. The wording used is extremely ambiguous.

Easy access to the seaside and stunning view from the garden. The house was comfortable furnished with all needed. Really welcoming staff.
