Relax Hotel

The pool was wonderful and protected from the wind. The proximity to the beach was the best. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful.

New (~3yrs old as of May2025), clean, simple.

The AC did not work so room was uncomfortable. Breakfast was crowded, chaotic and poor. Room was overpriced.

Clean, walking distance to everything in Paleochora, great breakfast, gym was very clean, pool was very nice also.

We had a wonderful stay with my family! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making us feel at home. Great location and perfect for families – we would definitely come back!

Free upgrade when we arrived so that we could have rooms close together (traveling with teenage children). Excellent breakfast. Rooms well equipped, clean, well thought out, comfortable and very spacious. Staff helpful- recommended restaurants and places to visit, dealt with any queries quickly. Hope to return.

Location good and I am sure in high season would be a great spot to stay There was no breakfast provided onsite and we had to walk for 10 mins to get to a cafe where it was served . The pool was closed The gym was closed Whilst I appreciate our stay was during the winter season , no where on the booking.com website did it explain the above and I had planned to both work out and swim

Fantastic hotel next to the beach. Clean, modern rooms with a very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly on arrival. Good size pool and nice loungers. Enjoyed breakfast. Good location across the road from the beach. Would happily stay again!

The included full breakfast was delicious. The hotel is centrally located to all of Paleochora. Everything was excellent.

Last minute reservation, and late check in so it was cheap and available. They upgraded my room to the newer room free of charge….keep reading. After driving from Elafonsis, the manager or check in agent tried to get me to cancel my reservation with booking through a failed payment to save the hotel 12 euros. And I was told I would get a free upgrade. I was confused and it seemed odd. Till fired out what he was doing and complained. The agent no longer wanted to do it. I blame relax hotel and booking.com on such a failed relationship where the customer is having their time wasted after a long drive. The breakfast was terrible and not that fresh, the staff in general was standoffish with the guests.
