Hotel Elman

The hotel is located almost on the beach, but at the same time within walking distance of the center with all the restaurants and other attractions. The rooms are amazing, I have never seen a hotel with such large rooms and huge king-size beds. It's quite an old fashioned hotel and might not be the best choice for everyone.

Location and spacious apartment. No microwave in kitchenette.

Room was clean, very large (had multiple bedrooms a kitchen and 2 separate, large balconies). Staff was very friendly. Location is right on the nice sandy beach and a 1 block walk to all of the restaurants and stores. Extremely happy! No complaints

No elevator but often to be expected.

So spacious, spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff. It was an apartment, so had a kitchen living room and long balcony. Also the biggest bed we have ever slept in! It was in a great location, by the beach, just minutes from everything. There’s not many places we would return to, but we woukd come bqck here in a heartbeat. Nothing. The only suggestion would be to include a coffee maker / cafetiere in the kitchen.

A huge apartment, with grandma vibes :) The bed is enormous, good enough for four people to sleep in.. family staff are very friendly and helpful. Made us feel at home The street at night is dark, and could feel a bit shady..

Beautiful vintage style, family-owned hotel. Location is very convenient, right next to the beach so you can actually hear the waves. It’s a bit further from the core but still walkable within minutes. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The son of the family gave us useful tips for the restaurants and things to do nearby. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended! -

Wonderful place to stay! I loved the location- close to the beautiful mountains, a great beach, and walkable to the city center. The owners/staff were very friendly and helpful and enjoyable to chat with when coming and going. The room was huge and very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Paleochora!

Very good

Arrived early but they couldn’t have been any nicer getting us into our room. Came back after an hour walking about to find our room ready and our luggage in the room! This was still much earlier than check in time. The room (rooms!) we’re great! Only needing a single room for one night it was a whole apartment! Large master, kitchen with dining area, and a smaller bedroom all over looking the ocean! The hotel is directly on the beach. Beach bar next door although couldn’t hear them at night. Staff could not have been more helpful. Family run, mom, son and uncle. Wasn’t sure if we would be able to ferry out in the morning because of weather and they said to come back and they would have a room for us. Would definitely go back! Sorry we only had one night there!

Everything was great! Right beside the beach with very spacious rooms that were spotless. The staff were wonderful, always friendly and ready to help. Its a great hotel that I cannot wait to stay at again.

Stunning property. Preserved from a more glamorous past. Marble and wood, broad sliding doors with Louvered wood screens. Maid service. Remember that? Luckily, this family-owned hotel remains quaint, and has not sold out to become a vintage glam trend.
