Amazing location, views and staff were really helpful

The staff working at the restaurant is SO RUDE and AGGRESSIVE. I got yelled at by on of the workers for slightly moving a table to avoid the sun. Another one stepped on my foot because he was running and not a single pardon me or sorry. It was the worst part of the hotel.

The hotel was fantastic, we had a beautiful view of the cove from our room. The pool area and the cliff side loungers were our go-to spots to read and relax. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and each evening they hosted a different kind of entertainment at the bar. We rarely left the hotel outside of dinner time when we walked to one of the restaurants no more than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It was so relaxing and everyone who worked there was so kind. Honestly, there wasn't anything we didn't like.

The area is beautiful and hotel is just high quality and an amazing stay. The elevator is a bit tricky and slow and small for all the hotel but not a huge issue .

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the high level of service, professionalism, cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We especially want to thank the reception team for their kindness, responsiveness, and availability. They were always quick to answer our emails and were happy to assist with any question or request at any time. We would also like to compliment the dining room staff for their excellent service and warm attitude. The food was delicious, varied, and of very high quality, making every meal enjoyable. Another aspect we truly appreciated was the hotel’s flexibility and willingness to accommodate guests whenever possible. This made us feel valued and well cared for throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the beach, breathtaking views, and proximity to many beautiful attractions. The scenery from the hotel is absolutely stunning and added so much to our overall experience. . We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return in the future. We highly recommend this hotel and thank the entire team for making our vacation so memorable. If we may offer two small suggestions for improvement: 1. The rooms are not very soundproof, and it is sometimes possible to hear noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms. 2. The gym could be improved by providing Wi-Fi access or a speaker/music system, as it is currently difficult to listen to music during workouts.

Beautiful, breathtaking views

Strange how when we walked in or out of the hotel via the front desk, no one at the desk would even make eye contact. We didn't have beach towels (supposed to be in our room) and it was way more difficult to get the missing towels than it should have been. Service at breakfast was great, by the pool good but everywhere else just ok.

Nothing

The sunbeds on the beach cost an additional €10 per person, which was a little disappointing. For a hotel of this size and standard, it would have been nice if guests received complimentary access or vouchers. While there are sunbeds available on the property, they are not directly on the beach itself. The breakfast offered plenty of options, but the selection was almost identical every day. A bit more variety would have made the experience better. Occasionally, some items also didn’t seem as fresh as they could have been.

Excellent location and great attention to detail. The hotel has clearly thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of options, although it was the same every day. The dinner, on the other hand, was outstanding – delicious, varied, and surprisingly different each evening. Everything we tried was very tasty. We have no real complaints. Everything was well organized, and the overall experience was excellent

Everything was fantastic about this hotel. The location, the views, the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the service in particular. The Jacuzzi was not actually a Jacuzzi at all because it was the same temperature as the pool. However, this is a minor complaint for such an overall outstanding hotel.

Jacuzzi is perfect for 2. view of the sandy beach was lovely. the view from the other side is stupendous. without a doubt, one of the nicest areas on the island. Nothing. Room was perfect, location amazing.
