Too many steps to walk down after parking. Very difficult with luggage

The location couldn't be better. We were literally steps from the water.

It’s absolutely stunning the views and location are perfect, swimming in the sea from your room is amazing, having the 2 supermarkets and loads of restaurants literally once you come up the steps from the property was so great as we could walk everywhere, there is a great beach 5 min walk with 2 great beaches bars, Nerieids restaurant was outstanding and owned by Maria who runs Thomas studios, we appreciated the free welcome drink and stayed for dinner, the food and service were fantastic. I must mention James who is on site every day cleaning the rooms, such a lovely chap who checks if you need anything every day and was nice to chat too, it was great to have someone to ask if we needed a new towel or some advice on what to do. There are quite a lot of steps down to it. Which was no problem to us but it maybe for someone with limited mobility

The room was simple, clean and had everything we needed. Super comfy bed. The balcony overlooking the private beach front with your own loungers was the star of the show! Nothing, it was perfect for our stay!

Beautiful, clean and very quiet. Close to the beaches and the sights/water activities. Enjoyed getting a swim in even if the water is a bit cold. Ants came for any food we left out so ask as food was fully sealed, it was not an issue.

The location was excellent, walking distance to many restaurants and the view was outstanding. Being able to walk down a few steps to go swimming and coming back to your own lounger can’t be beat. The patio was expansive and felt private, even though you are directly adjacent to other units. Having parking in that area was slightly removed from the location but it was great to have. The double paddle board was nice and Maria’s restaurant, Nereids, is a must while staying here. Be aware there are several steps to get down (and then up) when you arrive and leave with luggage. Also note, there are other people from surrounding accommodations that also use the very small beach so it can get busy down near the water if you like beach lounging, but we preferred our sun loungers anyway.

I had the most wonderful 4-day stay at Thomas Beach Studios in Palaiokastritsa, Greece. This place is truly a hidden gem. The interior is beautifully designed and tastefully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities you could possibly need. What makes it extra special is the direct beach access—literally less than a minute from the room to a quiet private beach with breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to relax and recharge. A special mention goes to James, who was absolutely phenomenal—always available, attentive, and eager to help with anything. His warmth and professionalism made the experience even more memorable. If you’re looking for a peaceful, stylish, and truly relaxing escape right by the sea, Thomas Beach Studios is the place. I can’t wait to return! N/A

The view from the studio is absolutely breathtaking. There’s even a private little beach with lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing. Daily cleaning kept everything spotless, which made the stay even more comfortable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to any of my friends or family. If it’s available, don’t hesitate to book it’s truly worth it. The staff is responsive, attentive, and very helpful throughout the stay.

The location and the view from our balcony were great. I loved sitting by the water and reading. We liked having access to a washing machine to do one load of laundry. The room was a bit smaller than we expected, but that was ok because we spent most of our time sitting outside. It was a bit difficult to find the walkway to the units at first. Make sure to read the directions before you get there.

The location right on the water is amazing. The view is spectacular and the access to the ocean was wonderful. We liked the nice big deck off our room and we loved the fact that we could use the washing machine. It would have been nice to stay longer and take advantage of the lovely yard and table to eat outside. It was nice to have the little kitchenette as well, and it was well stocked. We would recommend this property and we would certainly come back again in the future! We didn't realize in advance how far down (steps and walkway) it would be from the street to the property. It was a bit of a hassle to move the luggage from the car in the parking lot to the room. Having said that, it's a really pretty walk to get to the property.
