Location is perfect. There’s washer and dryer which was very helpful when I needed to do laundry. The door to the room doesn’t lock automatically, so it can feel a bit unsafe when people leave it unlocked and anyone can enter. Same goes for the luggage room. I think there are some ways to manage them better (switching to a card system, locking the luggage room etc)

The staff, especially the girls at reception, were extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with any questions or recommendations. The value for money is outstanding. Considering the location, cleanliness, comfort, and service, it is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Palermo. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Everything The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful! Claudia went out of her way to help me retrieve a lost bag! The other staff members Roberta, Lucrezia and Emanuela were kind and helpful. The place was clean and I also met many nice travelers there Nothing

A tad bit noisy on the street, but it’s Palermo! What were you expecting? Hostel provides free earplugs.

I liked almost everthing. Only one male bathroom and you couldn’t even close the doors of one of the two toilets.

The bunk bed I slept the first day was sunk in the middle and it was very uncomfortable, but is not like one is leaving there.

In December sleeping with open window(what’s necessary in a dorm) was too cold for me even with a blanket an a personal warm liner. They provide earplugs for the noisy street, but still I heard everything. So I would say, not a place for sensitive people, because the entire place felt cold, so I didn’t feel like I wanna hang out there. Probably in summer it’s good if u are not sensitive to noise

Beautiful hostel, great vibes, well-located, nice facilities - definitely a lot of attention on cleanliness! Staff is lovely and super helpful with anything you want to do in Palermo. 10/10 - would have loved to stay longer! Can’t think of anything!
