Francesco is a very warm and welcoming host. He was always available and responded very quickly whenever we had any questions, which made our stay feel easy and comfortable. The hotel is very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The room was very comfortable, and everything was prepared with great care. The location is also excellent, making it very convenient to get around and explore the area. Thank you, Francesco, for your great hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers. We would be happy to come back again!

good location for me with a nearby train station and grocery shop. comfortable and clean roioim with a great view. francesco is very generous and helpful owner. absolutely nothing. for two nights' stay it was perfect.

Francesco is excellent host. He said at the beginning to call him if any assistance is needed. Unfortunately, there was a small problem that occured, and Francesco, even though it was late, flew in like an eagle in 10 minutes and problem was swept away ?

The place was fantastic, especially the location. It's in a wonderful neighborhood with cafes, restaurants, and tree lined streets. It's also very close to the old historical center. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was great and went above and beyond to be helpful. He even packaged a print I bought so it would not be damaged during the trip. Him and his wife were lovely. I highly recommend it. I liked everything about it

Had the single bed room. A nice room to get back "home" after a day exploring Palermo! Close to the theater and the historic city center of Palermo is in a good walking distance. The host even provided a list of restaurants and attractions to visit during my stay. -

It’s worth for the money. The only chair in the room broke when I was sitting on it. Luckily, I didn’t get injured.

Room was clean, well equipped, linen was excellent, kitchen facilities were very useful, building and staff were superb and location was excellent in a very nice neighbourhood, away from tourist hustle yet close enough to walk to. Lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing location! It’s in a lovely neighborhood and within walking distance to the city center. We only stayed for one night, but we wished we could have stayed longer in this beautiful place. Francesco is an excellent host—he reached out to us before we arrived, made sure we had all the details, and followed up closely during our stay. The only issue was that the AC wasn’t strong enough, so we felt a bit hot. Other than that, for the price we paid, it was a wonderful stay.

Francesco is very helpful host. The room was comfortable for one person and very clean. I especially enjoyed the terrace at the evening which was very relaxing.

Great location, easy check-in and comfortable. Side nite: unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working (and it was a Sunday) just as I was checked in and the host was wonderful about it. I did spend half a day in the room which was clean, large and the terrace has a lovely view.

Very clean & owners were very friendly and helpful. They provided lots of info for getting to the b&b and also info about Palermo / where to eat etc. Room was nice & enjoyed the balcony.
