Breakfast was very nice, and the lady assisting there was very nice and polite. We did not experience a 4 star hotel AT ALL! The room was super dark which is misleading from the photos they had uploaded. Both the room and the bathroom had lots of mold, there was no soap in the bathroom and the face towels were hanging on the bidet!! The bed also had hair! Severe unhygienic conditions. We checked in very quickly at 4:30pm and had to leave the room and came back at 11:30pm, so there was nothing we could do. We did message them and they completely ignored us. Thank god we were checking out the next morning, if we were to stay longer we would not tolerate these conditions. We definitely do not recommend it. 0 value for its cost.

Room clean. Good location. Delicious breakfast. Elevator worked. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Towels very old. Air conditioner, noisy car noise on Street.

My room was great it was a junior suite. High floor etc. amenities in room were good good location and easy access to sites Staff was not super friendly. Maybe a cultural barrier but I’m Sicilian and tend to be more friendly. Especially if someone is paying me.

Close to the activities we were doing Old Rooms need repairs Our phone didn’t work Bathroom shower leaked all over the floor Is there a towel and pillow shortage in Sicily Front desk staff was sort of friendly and helped us with transport, and they also kept our luggage for a day and a half when we went in an excursion, but it seemed like it was a bother to them We booked the rooms, confirmed with the hotel, received emails and confirmations that things were set and the hotel still didn’t have things right when we arrived. They were able to accommodate us with a different location but after 20 hours of travel It was a disappointment.

Breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable Just outside the historic center (10 minute walk). TV had some English channels Room was on the main road and noisy at night. Didn't like that there was no TV channel listing. Shower very small. Even though the bathroom was big.

Bathroom was not the cleanest

It was centrally located. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The breakfast and the service crew were very good. This hotel is located in one of the busiest road in Palermo. Very noisy traffic all the way through early hours of the morning. Not ideal for light sleepers. Some equipment inside the rooms were not in working order. An important item for me was the safe. It did not work. The mini fridge was not working and the phone was out of order. The door frame molding was coming loose with its sharp edges. We were told the problems would be taken care of the next day. Nothing was done. we brought up to the attention of the receptionist again. Told them to switch our room if these issues were not going to be addressed. We had to wait for another day for the switching of the rooms. In the new room safe worked occasionally. I couldn’t use it every time because it would not open and I had to call the desk every time to get it unlocked. The phone was out of order again.

Great location, reasonable price. Breakfast was really good. The windows in Tempe room were small and near the ceiling. We would have liked more light. It felt a little like being in the basement.
-
The reception ares was small and the breakfast area. A small bar area would be nice of an evening.
-
Central location, very friendly and helpful staff Huge room and very nice bathroom. Heater worked well during our January visit. Close to the beach, central square and lots of restaurants too.
-
The location is perfect, just five mins walk to the Teatro Massimo and right in front of a bus stop. Breakfast was great! It’s a little noisy at night when you have a room facing Via Roma.

I loved breakfast. The woman who worked there worked very hard to get my coffee just right! There was always a variety to choose from. The pastries were delightful! The front desk staff was wonderful! There was one morning when the hot water wasn't working, but by the time returned in the evening, everything was fixed.

Location was great. Breakfast staff was super nice!! House cleaning and some staff were a bit rude. Always something missing in the room. Toiletries, soap etc. had to keep asking.
