B&B Al Passìo

We liked the location, the terrace, the size of rooms, excellent breakfast and the hosts could not have been kinder or more helpful! We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine. The four guest rooms each have a private bathroom but they are not en-suite, they are separate doors off the central hallway, each with an individual key. Although we were shocked at first, we managed quite well with the other guests at the time. I think making this clear in the booking.com write up would be helpful.

We were placed in the first room closest to the kitchen/breakfast area and there was a lot of noise from people talking, laughing, screaming, etc. It was so loud that it woke us up much earlier than we would have liked and we were unable to go back to sleep because the noise persisted.

Very kind and accommodating hosts. That is very important especially to tired travellers. The room was exceptionally large and VERY clean. Modest breakfast with coffee served to you. We had a beautiful terrace with very well maintained frangipani, oleander and jasmine plants everywhere Beds were comfortable. Location was 10-15 minute walk to the major sites to visit, close and a direct road to the train station on foot. I travel a lot, and stay in many places…There is nothing negative to say about this place.

Really lovely hosts, great location, most places are within walking distance. Great views from the terrace which we loved lounging in the evenings. Rooms are very simple but equipped with a fridge and air-conditioning. Bathroom is in a separate room but close by. Breakfast is granola or tasty pastries. You can also drink coffee or juice. Loved staying there mostly because the view is so so good! Just be mindful of ZTLs. The B&B is not in one but Via Roma that is leading to the B&B is, so wisely choose another road:)

Alessandra and Salvo were wonderful and very helpful hosts. We had early tours planned during our stay and they gave us some food so we could have breakfast before we left. There was a coffee machine available and water. We were also able to leave our luggage with them on check out day. Location was excellent. They could not do enough for us. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay :)

The hosts made check in super easy and are very friendly and helpful. The views from the breakfast room balcony are beautiful. The view from my room was also beautiful. Great location. Super clean. Breakfast pastries were super yummy.

Good location, good rate, breakfast was granola, delicious pastries, fruit juice, and tea or cappuccino or espresso-- served by Alessandra and her daughter, Julia. Both women were extremely kind and gracious, and also helpful with providing bus information to get to Monte Pellegrino and Mondello. The keys were a bit tricky to use, but with patience, they work.

First of all I like location, close to all mail attraction mostly ba bus, few stops or some of them by walk. Terace (balcony) was great plus to enyoj for cup of coffee or some other drink at the evening. Breakfast was very good. Our bedroom has bathrome out of room on the other side of the hallway, bathroom was good and clean but it could be inconvenience to go to pee during night ;-)

I dont often comment but I score the hotels, restaurants etc only when it provides extraordinary service. BREAKFAST - It was very delicious. There were yogurts, 3 kind of juices, coffees, several types of teas, some kinds of bread (wtih mozzarella, salmon, spinach, ham etc) and some kind of sweat breads (white cream, chocolate cream, pistaccio cream etc). The breakfast was really, really good. ROOM - I travelled with my wife and my 4 years old daughter. The room was big (we had a lot of space) and well equiped (tv, fridge with water inside, air conditioner and private terrace with two chairs and a table. The view was beautiful (you can see big boats, sea and mountains etc). The beds were big and comfortable (I slept veery well). Everything was very tidy and clean. Perfect for us. BATHROOM - Looks nice and it's very clean and tidy. LOCATION - the location is in the centre with a lot of good restaurants and shops. It's nearby port. We came by train from the airport. There is also a bus station very close to the hotel. STAFF - The staff was the best! <3 Alessandra who we spent the most time with is so lovely and nice. I really appreciate all the conversations we had (and I will miss this). She smiles a lot and she was lovely also for my daugther who is very shy but told her 'Buongiorno' and 'grazie' :) This is a person you feel you know since forever. I feel like coming back there soon. I didnt notice anything to point out. Everything was perfect for me and my family.

The host was quite nice and the room was spacious. We also loved the terrace which provided a fantastic view of the city.

Near to the Center of attractions, public transport and a wonderful view towards the Mountains and a well heated room. I am satisfied and have no complaint

Big terrace and warm and welcoming host made our stay really enjoyable. Breakfast, some mornings on the terrace, was very good. Maybe a light bathrobe could be a good idea to have because bathroom was not in the room, even though it was private. The bathroom itself was spacious and comfortable.

The owners were friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and well kept! A bit more variety at breakfast. At first, I was surprised that the private bathrooms were separate from the rooms, but I got used to it.

Room too small. Bathroom outside the room. Had to take a key to enter. Breakfast with a very poor choice of food.

The views from our terrace rooms were amazing, the rooms spacious, the beds comfy, the breakfast and coffee delicious, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect! Nothing I didn't like/think that they should do better.

Location was good but not best, staff was very nice Check out time is at 10:00 am ans it is too early , the bathroom which was very tiny was located outside of the room and it was very uncomfortable. There were so many mosquitos that we can not sleep all night it was the worst place that i have been !
