The location was excellent when coming from the airport with an airport bus stop a short walk away and the neighbood is packed with nice restaurants and cafes. A simple but well-equipped accommodation - having a balcany and access to an espresso machine were extra nice! I was also given the opportunity to check in to my room early which made my date after an early flight. Note that the accommodation is simply 1 common room and 3 rooms to rent in total - no front desk or reception. This was however not a problem for me.

The location was ok. There were pastries for breakfast. The room was ok. I NEVER met the host! He was literally NEVER there. This posed a huge problem for me, as I also never got the WhatsApp that he says he sent me. I had difficulty getting IN to the building and THEN, into the B&B itself. I didn't know how to turn off the AC. or use the coffee machine. (OK, I'm not a tech genius.) At breakfast, there was NEVER anyone else there. I stayed at this B&B in Palermo for FIVE DAYS and never met another soul there. I do think the manager should be available/on site from time to time. We ran out of coffee and there was NONE for 3 of my 5 days.

The room is big and comfy. The owner contacted me one day before and He was attentive to my needs. the hotel is close to the town but isn’t a busy area. Is super quiet!

I liked the balcony as well as the facility’s. The complementary breakfast was reused throughout multiple days. The coffee machine produced coffee which was below standard.

A bit too loud because it is on main street and the furniture is a bit old.

I am really happy and overall satisfied with the stay. Alberto, the owner, is very responsive, polite and kind, his service was exceptional. The place is clean and I felt very comfortable all the time. The location is perfect!

It's a self service b&b with 3 rooms and a common kitchen. My room was big and comfortable. Value for money. Nice view from the kitchen

You can do self check-in. The location is good, in walking distance to cafes and famous Palermo attractions. The room had a nice big balcony. The floor was made of marble and was therefor quite cold (we stayed there in the beginning of April). The toilet/shower room looks outdated. Breakfast selection is quite limited. Bread for sandwiches ran out on the first morning we stayed there and none was added for the second day morning. There was no furniture on the balcony.

Great location, clean and comfortable facilities. Very good communication with the host, very responsive and helpful. Can't get use to the italian "sweet" breakfast, though. :) We were searching for breakfast alternatives around, cause we're not used to eating sweets and biscuits in the morning. :) Would've loved some toast with cheese, eggs... :)

I had a very pleseant stay in this nice location. Very well equipped and spacious place and, from the balcony you can look right into the heart of this colorful city. Any time again

Breakfast was excellent and with a good variety of options; location super central and well connected with public transportation; host was incredibly accommodating and kind as well as prompt in his response. Highly recommend if you are staying in Palermo!
