Good value Communicate

Amazing hosts, the best location in Palermo. The room is clean and cleaning lady included in price. They change sheets and towels everyday. Breakfast is included in price, it can be improved though. Breakfast could better.

The staff. Giovanna and Leonora were very friendly and very attentive to our needs.

We liked the location very much. It is in a lively residential neighborhood off the busy center with local restaurants and bars. And it is still a walking distance everywhere in the city. The thing we liked most was the hearty and hospitable staff, Giovanna and her daughters. Such a warm hospitality one imagines only in old Italian movies. And they assisted us with everything. Thank you Giovanna! Very recommended for families. One of the beds in our room wasn't very comfortable, but they said they're about to fix it. There are some city noises around as Palermo is a big and bustling city.

The location is very good, for everything that was important to us, the region for walk, towards restaurants, but also for the bus station towards the beach. The hosts are very friendly and helpful with whatever was needed. We enjoyed here and Palermo in general.

Very good

Clean, lovely staff, large rooms The entrance to the hotel was very dark and difficult to find/get into at first. OK once we saw it in daylight.
-
The location is good to go to the city center and the service explain with a map the best route. The breakfast is pretty poor but is included.
-
The location was great. Parking in the blue area was cheap and always easy to find.

Exceptional

The mum and daughter who run it couldn't speak English. There was nobody there overnight. The shower came apart in my hand. General state of disrepair, e.g. the paint was peeling off the walls in our room.

Disappointing
-
Clean and location Breakfast room/facilities, although the lady was very nice. Furthermore it was a pity the host was not very good in English so we had trouble entering
-
Breakfast was OK but in other places we stayed we got fruit and fruit juice, Glamour only offered coffee and water. The room we stayed in had a huge tree outside the window so there was virtually no natural light.

The air conditioning and wifi worked well. The place was clean and the staff were helpful. It was in a good location, about a 5-10 minute walk from the Main Street. The breakfast was very minimal and would often run out before we got there and not be restocked. The air conditioning would only occasionally work.

Excellent location Small bathroom?

An excellent choice, the location was amazing as we had access to every point of the town on foot. The breakfast was not so good, no plenty of choices.

The location is perfect. There were self checkin issues ( see details below). Breakfast was of very poor quality compared with others with similar price ( we stayed a week before in nonno Pepe and was excellent). There was mold smell in the bathroom- but it was clean. Self checkin issues: I followed the instructions according to my understanding. It was written to “take the keys” from the box ( prendere le chiavi). Apparently that meant “ realize that there are two set of keys- choose the one of your room despite the lack of labelling and put the other set back in the box. After that change the code again so the other keys are looked”. Since I did not understand the obvious instructions, the owner told me twice ( at 1 am and in the morning) that I am the only person that does not understand the instructions and because of me there were people that were left with no key.
