Centrally located in Palermo, easily walk to many key attractions. The family who run the hotel were very kind and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast outstanding every day.

The desk needed a lamp and a power outlet nearby, too. I had a little trouble with the self check-in, too.

Mary and Matteo were really amazing and friendly. They helped us so much and guided us also what can be done in Palermo. The place is very well kept and clean and the breakfast was really good.

initially, it's a typical b&b service but cons are as follow; location, cleanliness and up to date rooms, tasty breakfast(no eggs available), cordial staff(i've asked ms martina for to go breakfast pack because of early check-out and she left that tray as seen in the picture) as for pros; rooms need soundproof window glasses, door keys must be replaced with electronic ones . stained glasses fixed into the room doors should be painted using dark colors, no kettle available.

The attendant Laura was extremely good, helpful, informative and professional. She made all the difference to our stay, such a lovely person (10/10 for her) The room we were allocated was not the same standard or quality we expected from the images provided when booking. In fact looking at or catching a glimpse of one or two of the rooms adjacent were the ones more appropriate and expected. The shower room/toilet was dim because of a faulty double-bulb light which for 2.5 days flickered on and off leaving us intermittently in the dark whilst showering, so the use of the torch on the I-phone was essential. While this was eventually sorted, it was toward the end of our stay. The replaced new light bulb soon didn't work, leaving us with the bulb that flickered. It would have been nice to have had a side table next to the bed so that one didn't have to get up each time one wanted to swich a lamp on or off.

It was very interesting to see the inside of a building of apartments that were the homes of the every day people of Palermo. Our host was very attentive and polite. The situation of the B&B was perfect. Would definitely recommend Albo del Capo

Convenient location . Good breakfast. Special thanks to Martina for the Palermo tips and Alessandra for the breakfast. Comfortable room. If you are looking for a Bed and Breakfast clean and close to the city center, it is highly suitable. We are rating the facility as Bed and Breakfast and not according to the provided description. The elevator was very narrow ( old building). There was no coffee maker in the room and there is no living room as part of the junior suite ( as it was mentioned in the room's details).

Scam What a place... I was literally scammed by Francesco, who appears to be the manager of this establishment. Let me regale you with the sordid tale of this man. I didn’t want to write this review but, their dishonesty has left me no choice. I had a two-night stay at this lodging. Last day arrived and I began packing. It was then that I discovered that 3 of my clothing had fallen victim to the harsh bleaching agents used in cleaning. One of them got irreparably stained and it was a designer cloth ( see photo). I immediately contacted Francesco. We reached an agreement for a modest refund to compensate for this misfortune. I completely understand that mistakes are a natural part of being human. But it is important to take responsibility for our actions and the consequences that arise from them. I didn’t ask for much, my clothes were branding new and now they are destroyed by one of your maids. And I know she knew her mistake. Anyways, he assured me that the money would be send, but this never happened. Despite my persistent attempts to reach out, my calls for justice fell on deaf ears. So shortly: Alba del capo is full of dishonest people, including the maid and the manager. It felt like a scam. You can definitely find a better place. Check out the pictures:
