It’s very well located and you can walk everywhere No elevator, so I had to haul my luggage upstairs. It was good cardio though

Convenient location-in the heart of the city walkable to key points and also well connected to buses and trains. Good breakfast service to get you going in the morning! Camila is an amazing, personable hostess and Guido is very responsive and helpful with texts. Bathroom smells a little funky sometimes but this is relatively minor. It’s still a really nicely renovated bathroom with a great shower!

Very convenient location and parking! Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. The pillows were not as soft as I need. But the bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom was not in a normal operational state. The flush button in the toilet was broken, as was the seal between the toilet and the floor. Probably due to this, there was a bad smell in the bathroom. The shower heads were also in bad shape, they either need maintenance or replacement.

Breakfast room was nice and the food good. Coffee drinks like decaf cappuccinos were made as requested and egg dishes such as scrambled or omlettes. Sonia and Camilla were wonderful hosts and helpful on everything from food to suggestions of places to eat to getting me a 4:45 am taxi. Wonderful staff. The rooms were large and airy and the air conditioning worked well. The toilets had a bit of trouble with flushing and refilling, which they are fixing when the parts and plumber are available. Not a long term issue. A little softer pillows would be nice.

Location. Kind host.and helpful hints about Palermo I appreciate that they accepted my luggage in the room even before the check-in. Good breakfast. Stairs up to the room. No elevator. The bed was out of order..

The breakfast staff Camilla was great,she gave us loads of usefull info on area. She is an assett to the establishment. Guido answered all my questions promptly. Will definitely be recommending to my friends and family. Lovely clean rooms ,in a great position. . Nothing

What a lovely stay. Perfect location in the heart of Palermo. Key code to get into the building then given the keys to bedroom and outside doors. Clean and tidy, great shower. WiFi was good. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were very friendly. Close to market, restaurants and bars as well as historic sites. Busy outside the apartments until the afternoon so parking can be tricky right outside until about 3pm. There is a nearby carpark if you can’t find a free spot outside, I think it was €14 for the day. Apartment rooms were on the second floor, but we knew that before we booked/arrived, so we were prepared for the climb. There was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke when we arrived, which came from the owners office, it was really off putting but thankfully it had not travelled to our room!

The room was very noisy- party in the garden till 2am. The decor old and requiring the upgrade- smell of cigarettes in the breakfast space. Bed and mattress very old and not comfortable. The pictures look much much better than the reality. Breakfast ok. Nothing special. Great location for visiting the city.

The location was great for the Old Town. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Parking is an issue everywhere in Sicily. We left the car in a nearby car park at €13 for 24 hours. Unfortunately we had to pay €26 despite leaving within 2 days. Quite frustrating.

Decent location with parking nearby - v important in Palermo. Arrived late but our host Guido provided good instructions for entering the building. The accommodation was very pleasant and clean with friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Palermo parking can be tricky so we left the car outside for a couple of days whilst exploring. We took a walking tour and the office was right next door to the B&B so it’s a great location if you want to tour with the nice people at the Tourist Hub and Cookjng School next door. No complaints
