It was so nice to stay here. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the apartment is simply amazing! Having breakfast with the beautiful view and soft background music was just perfect. The host is incredibly kind, and communication was always easy and quick. I highly recommend this place!

We had to wait a little past our requested breakfast time of 9 AM because the hostess had car trouble. It wasn't a very long wait and when she arrived, she set out a very nice breakfast. After our tour started, one to the places we visited was the theatre that is right across the street from Al Massimo! I guess it wasn't a bad neighborhood after all. The exterior of the building was kind of scary! The door was in need of some paint and the foyer looked very rough, definitely like a construction site. I understand now that there are major renovations going on. I think this should have been noted either on the website or put a large note somewhere in the foyer so that guests are not too scared to enter. Also, the website said the rooms were air conditioned. We could not find a thermostat nor was there a window that we could open. Thankfully, it wasn't too hot outside, and I had personal fans that gave us some relief.

This is not a dislike... the building is currently being renovated which didn't damper our stay whatsoever. For me there's too many positives to nitpick over pointless dislikes at its excellent price.

Lovely, clean place. The landlady was most welcoming and prepared an exceptional breakfast in the morning.

Very good location in the centre. Drinkable water was all day available. Quiet during the day and at night with closed windows. The host is friendly and as we asked for cheese and something sweet instead of only savory, she provided everything we asked for us. Not so good coffee. The building is old and the elevator too (apartment in 5th floor). It is being renovated and we didn't have the promised view. We could also see many damaged parts from the stairway. What we also didn't like was that the host accused us of damaging a part of the wall that we didn't even touch.

The breakfast was delicious. There were many choices including cornetti, fruit, cheese, meat, yogurt, scrambled eggs and coffee. The breakfast and sitting were beautifully decorated and comfortable.

Everything was amazing and exceeded my expectations. Def recommend

We had a fantastic stay! This centrally located gem is just steps away from Teatro Massimo. The property’s design is absolutely stunning. From the entrance onward, everything was stylish and beautiful. As a designer, I was so impressed! every corner, every detail were thoughtfully designed. The breakfast was not only beautifully presented but also delicious. Valeria, the host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture of preparing our breakfast the day before we left, as we had an early flight. If we could, we would rate this B&B higher than 10/10! Definitely will be back! Everything is perfect!

Good location very big room with a nice view. The toilet was very big as well and the breakfast was very nice and classy I think that the Aircon filters need to be replaced before we could smell something weird every time the Aircon was on

Beautifully decorated, really comfy and spacious room. Very attentive host, the most beautifully prepared and delicious breakfast. Amazing location - right in the centre of Palermo. There was scaffolding on the entirety of the outside of the building which meant we couldn’t really use our balcony due to the dust outside and obscured view. But this was not the B&B’s fault - it was covering the entire building. We were there only for one night anyway so it didn’t really matter in the end.

Beautifully decorated room in a perfect location there is no better place to stay in Palermo. The owner never showed up. When we went there were no keys to the room and searching we found a girl who finally opened it for us. Breakfast very average to bad very little quantity and every day the same.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Large, very clean bathroom. Valeria was a super host - very helpful and friendly. The building was central and close to all amenities and sites. Very close to good restaurants and lively piazze. It was a shame we couldn't stay longer! Nothing - all was super for a short stay.
