Hotel location, walking distance to everywhere. Staff friendliness at the reception. Clean hotel and room. Easy parking spot. No hustle in general. The room was pretty old and outdated, the air conditioning was loud and noisy and temperature could not be regulated in the unit facing the bedroom, only in the unit in the foyer.

Location was very good and breakfast and staff was very good. Entrance required walking down an outdoor flight of stairs with your luggage. The air conditioning was not turned on the first night until many guests complained. Only reason we stayed there was because our Sicily tour began there the next day.

The area was lovely. There is a large flight of stairs leading down to hotel entrance which is a problem if you are physically challenged or you have heavy luggage. Would have been nice to know as I would not have stayed there

The bathroom was ok because the shower leaks onto the floor, we used towels to walk on it. The food was good but eggs were watery.

Eggs for the breakfast are appreciated! On my taste, might be also more 'salty' food rather than traditional sweets.

Location is great, near by many shopping and food area. Check in office is not in a Main Street level. Have to log your own luggage’s through many steps go down to main office.

Nice location, when you reach the hotel - you have to take the steps to the main entrance, Staff is typical having robotic vibes when check in.

Location was great and room was cleaned daily Wifi was not working unless you stay at the reception, when mentioned to reception , they said this is problem in our floor only but nothing was fixed

After staying in a couple of hotels in Europe, we have come to realise there isn't always a refrigerator available. Something that is necessary if you have medication which requires refrigeration. Location was good. Didn't have any meals as local cafes were close. We had urgent need for information about English speaking medical facilities. We enquired with the staff. They weren't much help.

The rooms were terrible. The décor was awful, windows opened to a wall, and the staff kept them closed making everything dark. The floor was cold granite, all in depressing gray. The room felt icy and uncomfortable, and the noisy AC made it hard to sleep. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
