The breakfast was extremely disappointing and consisted almost entirely of sugary packaged products, so it could hardly be called breakfast. The breakfast area was also far too small small and not properly cleaned. There were crumbs left on the tables from previous guests, which made the space feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. There was an unpleasant, dirty smell in the accommodation and the curtains were extremely dirty, as shown in the photo. The bathroom was poorly designed: there was no hook or rail for towels, and the shower door did not close properly, causing water to leak onto the floor. The refrigerator in the room also did not work. On one occasion, no toilet paper was provided. I contacted the property several times, but nothing was done. Although this is not technically a hotel, the experience felt more like staying inside someone’s private home than in professional guest accommodation, which made the stay feel less comfortable and private.

The bathroom appeared to have mold above the door.

Great location near city centre, safe zone, many restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access into the building and room. Friendly staff, breakfast quite poor but ok. Cleanliness could be better, especially in the bathroom, the shower cabin was not properly maintained and cleaned of limestone, dust.

Apartment was nice. We had to wait for half an hour as they didn't respond to our texts and nobody opened the door straight away.

The bed/mattress was really good The shower was also very nice You can have breakfast for 5 euros. Recommended. It is good. There was supposed to be a shared kitchen, a water boiler and coffee maker on the room and the walls were supposed to be noice canceling. All these things are not true. Also the curtain does not cover the window which makes the room really light because of outside lights (lanterns and other buildings).

It’s in a great location. The breakfast is simple but good. A few things were lost in translation but that’s just how things are when I don’t speak the language fluently!

The hotel/ apartment was in an excellent location in a very nice pedestrian street with lots of bars and restaurants and very centrally located. Our room was very nice, big and comfortable. Access was very easy and felt very clean and safe. The breakfast was quite poor with not much choice.

The property is in an excellent location. Nearby parking spaces - most of them however are expensive around 30€ per night. Lots of cafes and restaurants. The apartment was modern. Had a balcony with city view. The apartment was not soundproof: we could hear people walking outside our room or speaking and it would woke us up. Also there is noise from the street. Although there is a fridge is not working. Bed and pillow were not very comfortable.

Very good location, very quiet in the evenings, apartment very clean, comfortable beds. We went to l'essenza restaurant that servers sicilian food and offers sicilian local product, highly recommended!

Perfect location, cost benefit balance, they have breakfast Can be noisy early time in the morning. Breakfast can be more rich.

Loacation and comfort Parking could be easier. But I guess it is Palermo after all.

Very nice location and nice building! Also, very clean and quite well equipped. It was a bit noisy in the morning since the reception is right outside of the rooms.
