Good breakfast, wide rooms, clean and comfortable. Good location. I couldn’t control the AC from the room thermostat and it was controlled from the reception

Breakfast was decent. The air conditioning was not on and rhe windows could not be left open due to to extreme, very late, and loud human noise coming in from the street! Desk staff told us at 11:45 that there was nothing they could do as A/C was not on for the season yet. The next day at desk I watched as staff turned on A/C for another guest from their computer right there at the desk. Wi-Fi was not working in our room properly. All in all, could have been a nice hotel but wouldn’t recommend it to any friends!

Hotel is very modern, nicely decorated. Very good location. The staff is very helpful. Internet in the rooms is very weak. Not enough sockets to charge electronic devices from the bed heads. Not rnough fruits at breakfast. There could be more proactive suggestions for restaurants and activities from the hotel.

The breakfast was great and had a lot of great options. The food appeared fresh and the service of the staff was great. Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to a few unresolved issues. The most concerning was the water quality—both the sink and shower produced brown water. I brought this to the attention of the receptionist and was informed it was due to a city-wide issue and that I should let the water run for 5–10 minutes. After running it for 20 minutes with no change, I returned to the front desk and was advised to let it run for an hour. Even after doing so, the water remained discolored, and I ultimately chose not to shower during my stay. No alternative solution was offered by the staff. Images uploaded and this was after allowing the water to run for an 1 hour. Additionally, the room temperature was uncomfortable. Although the AC was set to 19°C, the room remained quite warm throughout my stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward improving both the facilities and the guest experience.

That location was terrific. The hotel is close to the main sites as well as to shopping areas. It also has many restaurants nearby. The location and reasonable price would be the main reason for staying here. The front desk staff was professional, but I wouldn’t say friendly. The rooms were a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. Two complaints about the room. It is dark especially the bathroom. Additionally. the temperature control never really seemed to work and this would be a huge problem in the summer. Breakfast was very good.

breakfast and kitchen overall are really bad. tablewares were not clean, glasses were smelling disgusting. scrambled egg was the worst i have ever ate. don't want to mention the tomatoes... i think they were 2 days old.

Location Tiny mini fridge, hardly any plugs, no proper lighting, situated below restaurant so heard the scraping of chairs in the morning. It was a soul less hotel, I would go somewhere else. Not worth the money.
