Very quiet, clean, and in a wonderful location. The host was very friendly. Nothing.

The room was very spacious and modern! The bed was very large and comfortable. The hosts were also very kind, I got a bit confused in finding the hotel as I had just travelled for 30 hours and they came out to find me and were very kind and welcoming. The bathroom was lovely and spacious with a lot of storage for toiletries and the shower was very big. There’s no fridge in the room but there is a shared kitchenette and dining space with a large fridge/freezer so had no issues there. There air conditioning worked great which was much needed as Palermo was still very hot when I went. The breakfast was hosted in the hotel across the street and it was a great selection. It’s in a great location, very walkable to a lot of places. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe in the area and the rooms felt very secure as well. Would definitely stay again. The window was blocked by shutters that I couldn’t open so I didn’t get any natural light in the room. It could’ve been a user error and maybe I just didn’t know how to open them but it would’ve been really nice to get some natural light and breeze in there. Also, just think the shower head and some of the shower tiles need a good scrub as there’s a bit of a build up but it wasn’t too bad.

Very central shops etc just outside the door. Excellent breakfast and lovely staff. Lift was antique metal cage as building was old, but it worked just fine and I had no problems with it. If you don't like lifts this might be a step too far! Reception called up taxi very quickly Hop on hop off bus stops nearby. If you are not mobility restricted it's flat easy walking to most attractions. The information and guide to the room. fascilities clearly stated a terrace and a balcony. The room did not have these which was a big disappointment. There is only one room with outside space and it was occupied. I had a window looked out onto back of another building so no view.. this definitely spoiled my visit.

The room was very good. The bed was bad. The mattress was too soft, so I used towels to support my back. Also, the edges of the bed are sharp, so I injured myself twice. The breakfast consisted mainly of heaps of sugar.

The staff at Stabile139 in Palermo are lovely and speak very good English which was a bit of a surprise since most Italians do not speak any English at all...We needed to print some papers and they even did it for us for free at the reception which was very nice and much appreciated, the mattresses are very very comfortable, the rooms are very nice and the shower is great too! Were very comfortable , and the hreakfast was lovely too. thanks to all at stabile 139,Palermo. What I didn't like is that the bedroom doors cannot be open without a key from.the outside of the rooms so if the door is closed and you do not have the key in hand, everything gets locked in the room and you get locked outside which is not very safe and not very child friendly, this needs to be taken care of so the place will be safer for everyone inside the rooms.

Location is great to get to the city center and bus stops. To get to Mondello beach it is a short walk to the bus stop and pretty short ride to the beach. Very easy and close to shuttle stop for getting to and from the airport. Breakfast was really good they had some meats, fruits, pastries and drinks all very delicious. Check in is at Hotel Elite located directly across from the B&B, so is breakfast which is no big deal for us and staff is very helpful and friendly. Air Conditioners worked very well which is especially nice since it is very humid and pretty hot there. There is a shared kitchen in the B&B but we did not use it but it looked nice. The shared area of the B&B smelled like smoke which was very unpleasant.

Good location. Parking to pay (15 euros) not very easy to manage since you only have 2 lines for 6 car, you have to let them you car keys. And ask them everytime to move the other cars if yours is at the beginning of the line.
