The staff was super friendly. The place was very clean, and the location was the best.

Mr Ettore gives precise indications on where to park if you are going by car and for a little extra fee you can start the day with a good breakfast on the coffee shop at the ground level or if you prefer you can choose a more complete breakfast on room. There is nothing negative to declare. All was good.

Fantastic staff. Great communication via WhatsApp. Massively helpful with recommendations and where to visit/eat/drink. Location was perfect for viewing the city. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable! Very sweet touches made as it was our honeymoon. Great shower feels better than a 3 star. Highly recommend. Thank you!! Nothing

Lift to the 5th floor was a bonus with the luggage. The fact that there were a coffee shop downstairs if one did not include breakfast with your stay. The noise from the neighbouring room in the middle of the night, not sure if it were pipes in the walls making the noise.

Good location , spacious room . Horrendous smell of sewage emanating from drains in bathroom . When complained told cleaner would deal with it . A diffuser was put in bathroom which didn’t make any difference , then we were told it was the sea ?? and then finally told the owner would be told and did we want to change rooms on the day we were leaving . It was very unhealthy breathing in sewage fumes . I would recommend if this problem was dealt with
