The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We had a very spacious room that was immaculate! Right in the heart of Palermo within walking distance to all the historic sites and a wide variety of dining. Their dining recommendations were excellent and directions for sightseeing spot on (even which buses to take). The breakfast staff were just wonderful! They surprised my wife on her birthday with a small cake and candle. What thoughtfulness!

The room was very clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. It is centrally located to the sites and restaurants in Palermo. The staff was very attentive and friendly The room is VERY small but the design made good use of space.

The staff were very helpful. The location was somewhat central. Noisy and way too crowded. We had a car which was a big mistake here. The staff had a place to have it parked for a fee but then even trying to double park nearby to load luggage was challenging.

The reception and the staff was outstanding. The location was superb and within walking distance of most other the major attractions. It's an older hotel that I think has had a recent facelift but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The refrigerator was a nice amenity. The room was a bit too small.

The Alma Hotel is a gem! The staff were professional and kind an elevated hospitality experience! The hotel is perfectly located near the shopping and restaurants area! This establishment was clean with modern amenities! The breakfast was delicious! They offered fresh fruits with an array of Sicilian pastries! This hotel exceeded my expectations!
