Bio Hotel Palermo

This was the perfect room for a night in Palermo, a large bathroom bed and patio area was fab! It was great for the price We didn’t realise there would be no AC so it was incredibly warm during the day and night.

I liked that the hotel is eco-friendly. I never saw a human being. The towels were thin.

The size of the room was alright but the heating was not working, towels were too old, no Bidet in bathroom, balcony was dirty. Balcony was dirty, No bidet in bathroom, towels were too old

When I arrived, the room was not cleaned. Towels from old guests were hanging still wet and a used glass. It made me feel uncomfortable, and I wrote the Hotel immediately. They didn't offer me another room or a refund. I was unhappy with this.

The room was clean, the bathroom was perfect. Very comfortable in an in a central location. I always book hotels because I don’t know when I’ll arrive, I wanted to drop my bags early, but it’s not staffed until 9-12. Not sure if you can leave bags after your stay. You would probably have to find a left luggage station.

The balcony was damp underfoot and a little musty.

location in the city. room was right next to reception desk. very loud in the early morning, and disrespectful to guests sleeping and privacy. they did not have accomodation for separate twin beds. if it's not available, it shouldn't be an option to choose.

The Bio Hotel is in an excellent location. All your immediate needs are within walking distance. Great food, great shopping, laundry facilities and amazing architecture and history. Palermo is one of the most incredible places I've ever been in my life. I also liked the fact that it was a small hotel with a limited amount of guests. The hotel was quiet ,clean and I would definitely stay there again. The only thing I didn't really care for was when we lost power for a time and of course we lost the water too. But they got it fixed as quickly as possible. These things do happen on occasion. The only other negative thing I can say is I should have gotten a room with one queen size bed because the two small beds are more for children than adults, but that was my mistake.

Simple but very adequate for a short stay. All clean and within easy reach of the old city, theatre etc Not much. Perhaps a little bit in need of a lick of paint.

Just the location! This barely “Hotel” is located at the 7floor in a hude bilding. It is more apartment bilding than a hotel! The furnirute is so, so old and cheap. Bed is the most uncofortable ever- you can not even stand up not to awake the partner. There is so much humidity in the room and in the toilet- you can not be in the room withouth opened windor/door. Noice,noice, noice- you can literally hear the people breating in the other room, you can hear how the ‘receptionist’ (who is btw there only between 9-12h and is nowhere mentioned when you book the “hotel”) writing oh his taskbar! The maids are barely cleaning, very much dust in the room, totaly forgiven plants on the balcony..
