I liked the character of the room, based in a good location and great value for money. Close to the centre, with lots of good places to eat nearby. Unfortunately we were up and out early most days, which resulted in us missing out on the breakfast. This is more reason for us to return when we are next in Palermo. On the last day we met the lovely Rita, who was friendly and warm. We are glad to have stayed in such a traditional Sicilian establishment. It has made our stay in Palermo that bit more special. The only minor thing was the lock and key for the main door, it is probably needing replaced. It does open but needs to be turned side to side before it engages the key to open.

We really liked the room Comfortable bed Very good location, it was close to literally every place Easy check-in Bed bugs ? It was our first accommodation in Italy and even if the place looked clean and well maintained, we didn't expect to be bitten by bed bugs. Looks like not all bed sheets are properly cleaned, especially blankets that we had to use as in December it was too cold to sleep only under a sheet.

The books in the room is a nice ornamental touch. The old decor is so stylish. Clean. A lot of towels. Bed very comfortable. The staff was so nice and smiling. At breakfast they offer you each day a different local sweet that they make. Such a nice touch. Breakfast is abundant and so tasty, amazing for a B&B. Location is literally a 5min walk from the Teatro Massimo and a 2min walk from a bus station. The air diffuser at the entrance of the house sends out an amazing fragrance. The walls have pictures of artistic Palermo and Sicily full of colours. Window view was of pipes and AC machines hanging from other windows on the opposite side building. A tall building and a small facility aisle that's all you see. Bathroom was quite small which meant after a shower the bathroom fills up with steam and having no windows in the bathroom meant, all the steam would need to be defused into the main room to let it flow out from the room window. It makes the bedroom damp and moist.

the place is very well located they stuff was nice they let me keep my suitcase in the apartment after check out they gave useful info about the shuttle to the Airport room is well decorated the shower was not in good condition, the water did not go down fast and I had to stop the water from running in order for it to go down and me continue showering also shower had black spots. the windows are sound proof but some cars shake the windows so hard that it didn't help

Perfect location close to everything and within walking distance from the train station or bus to Mondello beach (around 20 mins walk). Very large room, nicely decorated Very organised with the self check in Bathroom needs some serious updates Due to the very central location it was also very noisy. Breakfast wasn't great, no savoury option, it's just a croissant, a local cake and melon with cocos plus coffee. Not a lot of options. Also they normally serve it after 8am, I had an early flight so I had to leave 7.45 so I got nothing. But there is a beautiful coffee shop on the ground floor which had savoury stuff and really good coffee.

We liked almost everything about the property - the location, the decor, the delicious breakfast, with Sicilian specialties, served at table and Federica and other staff looked after us beautifully. The very small bathroom. Clean and functional but small.

The room was quite big. The balcon give it a nice view. The noise from other guests even the noise of the stuff cleaning the other rooms. There is not isolation about noise between rooms so everything could be heard.
