Staff are excellent and very friendly Rooms good size and great location

(mind you - we lived not in the main hotel building, but in the one they have besides not far away), the breakfast buffet was big and full of pastries, some meat, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice - everything you need. The staff was also friendly and helpful and the city is of course beautiful and worth visiting!

The location out of the restricted city zone was nice since we had a car. The indoor parking was a great option as well. The room was huge and very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was simple but good. N/A

It was clean and close to center of town The receptionist was very rude about checking all IDs Did not take time to listen to our explanation she was initially vey rude and calmed down

Location and friendliness of most staff members. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Won’t provide change for Euro bills with reason “we have to save our change for our customers “. Aren’t I a customer?

We stayed in the Annex around the corner. The room and bathroom was large and updated. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great. It was quiet at night. The location was convenient.

Great breakfast. Lots of hot and cold choices. Female at front desk was a bit abrupt. Room not ready until 2PM. Said without a smile or empathy for our long travels to get to Palermo. Other staff were very helpful and accommodating.

No Air Conditioner, the heating and cooling is controlled centrally by the hotel, we asked and found out they dont use air conditioner unless it is summer months so our room gets stuffy unless you open the window. But Opening the window means you get a lot of noise from the street coming into the room Because it was warm for us to sleep without the AC, we ended up having to leave our windows opened which means our sleep was not great with all the noise. I think the AC rules should be explained upfront, when people thinking of booking

The hotel is conveniently located downtown. The train station is a bit far, but still on a walking distance. The price deal was very good for a 4-star hotel and the comfort provided. The breakfast does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel (no fried eggs, no fish, no quality honey, etc). Be careful about choosing the right room (the rooms with balcony are quieter, for located in upper floors).
