The location is great, walking distance to the center, but quiet. A good breakfast, and large room. I was right next to the kitchen and the light was left on all night. The light made my room too light.

The room is comfortable and has all the necessary amenities. I like a the location, close to the historic center and especially to via Roma and the Opera house. The possibility to have breakfast for free in a nearby cafe is a good addition. I would have given a 10 if the WiFi had worked and if they had announced me earlier how to proceed with having the breakfast because I missed it in the first morning

We were provided guidance from Noemi since our arrival at the hotel. She gave us also useful tips for dining. The hotel is very central, 6 min from Teatro Massimo walking distance.

good location clogged shower, you have to wait for the water to drain while showering breakfast is not worth it, you go to a cafe that is not very close and only get a coffee and a pastry so you can buy it yourself for less money

Service and availability of owner. Communication with owner Breakfast was a standard Italian breakfast: coffee and croissant. For a tourist spending a day walking around sightseeing the breakfast may be too small.

Access to historical center by foot Accommodation proposed with Parking option but the reality is that it is impossible to park the car in the street and the garage recommended by the landlord is full. You are left with no option than to park illegally with cops touring around. Same for breakfast : a voucher for a crappy breakfast (one drink, one pastry) in a nearby café is given
